Terrible customer service! First of all, the owner or CEO (whatever you want to call him) is very rude and disrespectful! I do not see how he has kept this company running for this long with his nasty attitude. So, I bought a game server. The panel didn’t work, so I made the ticket. I tell the owner the issue, and he immediately refunds me with store credits. I buy a different server, I ask him for the password, and he immediately deletes me off discord, closes my ticket, and deletes my one of one account for literally asking for help. Stay away from this place, do NOT waste your time or your money. So now I am calling my bank in the morning for my refund.

Thank you for such an amazing Hosting. I was with many others over the years but this is by far the most powerful and reliable.

Have been a customer for a few months and so far I am loving this company. Customer support is amazing, quick and very responsive. They try to help you any way they can with any questions you have or issues too!

1of1 has far exceeded my expectations in a host provider in their customer service alone. Their customer service folks are the prime example of what other companies should strive to achieve. 1of1 server performance is off the charts too.

Regarding their customer service, I had a small issue where my order was initially marked as fraud. Jeff P was swift on his responses in ensuring that I was taken care of to the fullest extent.

Our fivem community has been with 1of1 for just now a month and we absolutely love it. I have to give 5 stars for 1of1servers, the experience did start only a tiny bit rocky, but all issues were resolved quickly after I did some troubleshooting, I chose 1of1 servers after having issues with another hosting provider, I have had nothing but great service with 1of1servers.com during my first week here, I have had professional technical support when needed. I will suggest using 1of1servers to others in the future.

Well we got an email about somethings going on with our server host and Jeff/Guile were super quick with replying and helping us out in a mess we were in, they were very quick to update on everything during the situation. Thank you again again!

Their ticket respons time is like having a chat function. The are quick to understand if any issues, and also quick to bring on a solution.

Have been having issues with a lot of DDOS previously. Now.. Absolutely nothing!.

I was very pleasantly surprised by 1of1 servers. I have tested various vps providers over the years, but the prices, service and uptime are no match to 1of1. Can't wait to try their game servers!

What can I say, they are by far one of the best hosts I’ve used. Their support team is pretty much superior to anything I’ve seen. We originally went through 2 different hosts before we finally got to 1of1 due to constant DDoS attacks from malicious players on our community. We continued to get attacked once we swapped to 1of1 and it took quite a beating. However, it continued to stay up and run with slight network drops. When contacting their support team, they immediately reviewed the attacks, showed us that they were legitimate (which gave us peace of mind) and then immediately went into action to help and protect us from these people. They were there every step of the way and applied filters for us specific to our server to counter these attacks. (They responded pretty late past business hours to assist us) I have never had this kind of experience and kindness. The support team shows that they are people, and are truly there to help you succeed and have a smooth experience. I want to reiterate, this is by far the BEST support I have ever received from a host.

1. (Server performance) we haven’t had any type of performance issues, it’s basically ran anything we have thrown at it. We are currently running on one of their premium VPS packages.

2. (Network speed) ITS FAST! That’s all I have to say. Don’t worry about network stability issues.

3. (Support Team) Extremely kind, humorous, and supportive.

4. (Control panel) They use Virt Fusion for their VPS control. If you haven’t used it before, it’s great and I love it. I’m always happy when I see a host that uses it because it’s extremely well made and displays everything you need to manage your VPS

With all that being said, you get what you pay for, and you won’t be disappointed. If you want to be protected, supported, and given the best performance, I highly HIGHLY recommend them. It is definitely a 1of1 experience!!!!!

I had so many issues, transferred between multiple different hosts. First 30 minutes of the vps being up and we had an attack and it was not even noticeable. They continued for a bit, but pretty much solved our issues with downage.
Also had issues deploying the vps off rip, but support was fast and helpful. Had two system admins helping us XD. They have great support!

Since we switched to 1of1, we've been over the moon with the services we've received, and this is the best customer support we have ever experienced with a hosting company. We're so glad we made the switch and have no regrets! - Time2

1of1 servers has been the best hosting experience in my 4 years of running professional game servers. After recently switching from our long-time hosting partner, 1of1 blew my expectations out of the door with how quick, kind, and above and beyond they go. They are constantly there for me, and even try to assist me with issues beyond what a typical host company does.

1of1 is the best there is. I reached out to get a dedicated server, they were sold out in the location I had selected and they worked with me on selecting a new location. They also upgraded my server to one they could have up and running in a few hours time. When I chose that option they also threw in an upgraded CPU for free.

People aren’t joking when they say 1of1 is simply the best. Switch now. What are you waiting for?

I originally was wanting to host a Minecraft server. and with that I had used the host I used back in the days. when I found out that I could host a Minecraft server and have more control on a VPS. I instantly moved to 1 of 1. and it has been by far the best experience I have had so far. there are a few key parts I would like to mention that made 1 of 1 stand out to me.
- The absolute convenience and ease of EVERYTHING within the platform. whether you are purchasing a VPS, upgrading a VPS, or even if you need support. it is all VERY convenient in multiple ways.
- The server quality, I came from a host that I once used in the past, and when I moved to 1 of 1, the absolute stability that 1 of 1 has is unreal. I have used multiple hosts before, and compared to 1 of 1, these other hosts were hot garbage. 1 of 1 is stable. and the team knows what they are doing. something that is so critical in my opinion.
- And lastly, a lot of people would ask.. well the prices, is it worth it? yes. without a doubt it is. 1 of 1 has a lot of different options, whether you want a VPS, a dedi, or even game servers. they have a lot of options, and you can get all of them at a very good price, regardless of what you need, if you compare them to other places. 1 of 1 in my opinion has some very good prices.

So overall, 10/10 review on my end. no complaints at all. I have also not ever had a single minute of down time with 1 of 1, and it is very clear that they know what they are doing.

Great fast top tier support as always. Had a issue with my vps ,they notified me of the issue and we got it fixed within minutes!!

After having issues with various other game server providers 1of1 came through with the full force of their support team and help us put together servers for a game they have never ran servers for. To say they have been amazing would be an understatement. From top to bottom Monkey and his team have made sure that our servers are protected and secure far above what was expected. MF Servers will never use anything other than 1OF1 going forward.
