I ordered something from a company called MADE BY DESIGN on the 11th July and still wait for the package to arrive. it was supposed to be a 3 day delivery. the parcel has been held in a GATEWAY since last Saturday. Ive contacted the company twice now who give me the same information as I can see online. totally useless on all fronts when something has been purchased and a delivery service also purchased. I dont normally complain on these forums but im fed up with courier companies just getting away with it endlessly.

Chronopost Kidnapping
So was it chronopost workers that tried to kidnap that woman in the video or were they just using the van? Either way, terrifying. If your company is a front for human trafficking then just know you're being outed, it'll happen. The video is viral on tiktok of men trying to kidnap a woman & they are trying to put her in a chronopost van. Absolutely digusting & deplorable behaviour.

I have been trying to sell an item for $130. This been going on since Christmas, and now near end of April. the Director notice that the employees where doing bad things. They keep demanding more money, and some cards they said where not valid, hum, did they scam them. Now I have over $14000, at there disposal. They keep adding more money, I can't keep up with the demand. If I decide to stop being cards, do they have the right to keep my money I spend to deliver over $14000. Is that called thief or scammers, I don't know. Can someone help me with this. Chronopost US. I live in Canada. Thanks

i will give zero if i could. trash company. i wait for my packagee home in whole day. and suddenly i got a message that receiver isn't home so they will delivery to a parcel point. WTF. stupid and unprofessional company i ever experienced. why they still can exist in the market. TRASH!!!!!!!

Awful. Didnt respond to my messages and the callcenter is only in French. Which is ridiculous if you ship international. Dont speak English or Dutch.

Absolutely awful scam
Absolutely awful scam. They never sent me any communication about my package and the track and trace info says they "delivered it to a neighbour" in a TOTALLY DIFFERENT CITY. I contacted the seller, but have little hope of getting my package or my money back.
I don't know how this company has not been sued out of existence yet, it seems they stole thousands of euros worth in packages from different costumers..

Chronopost are thieves. Delivery driver claims to try to deliver, stating there is an 'issue with the address', however never actually attempts delivery. Then package is 'lost'

I was tracking the driver, at the time of “failed delivery” he was still not near my house. He never even attempted to deliver, but the reason of failed delivery is “security code not provided”.

Ich erwarte ein Packet, Chronopost wurde als Spedituer gewählt und ich habe bisher nur eine "mögliche Verspätung" als nachricht erhalten.
Der Kundenservice ist nur auf Französisch möglich und die Internationale Telefonleitung ist nicht erreichbar bzw. nicht verbunden.
Ich habe ursprünglich eine Lieferung binnen zwei Tagen erwartet bzw. diese wurde mir vom Verkäufer zugesichert, jetzt (bereits über der Frist) ist nicht mal ersichtlich wo mein Packet ist oder ob es überhaupt irgendwann ankommt.
Sehr schlechte Lieferzeit die nur unterboten wird von dem absolut unzumutbaren Kundenservice.
I am expecting a package, and Chronopost was chosen as the courier. So far, I have only received a notification about a "possible delay." Customer service is only available in French, and the international hotline is either unreachable or disconnected.
I originally expected delivery within two days, as promised by the seller. Now, well past the deadline, there is no clear information on the package's location or whether it will ever arrive.
Extremely poor delivery times are only surpassed by the completely unacceptable customer service.

Chronopost stole 3 packages on 2 different days this week! For two packages they provided as a proof of delivery a line, not anyone's signature. The total loss is over 300 euros. Their customer service is a joke, the worst experience with a carrier.
Delivery to wrong country, no help provided
Chronopost did not just "deliver" the package to the wrong address, they delivered it to the wrong COUNTRY, at 210 km from the delivery address, and when I contacted them for this, they told me that as the package was "delivered", I would need to speak to the sender to get the package "redirected"! Beyond incompetent and not helpful at all.
They are SO bad I've come to the point…
They are SO bad I've come to the point I refuse to order from any site that uses them as a shipping carrier. If I could choose I would never ever deal with them again.
They charge 21 euros for just doing your import taxes for you without giving you a choice to do yourself. My item was taxed less than their "services" I can't refuse. Most times the taxes are calculated incorrectly and there's NO customer service.
They constantly ignore the directions for the delivery. Ask to deliver on Wednesday they try to deliver on Thursday when I'm not available and then I never get the package and it has to be returned to the sender. Customer service DOES NOT EXIST AT ALL. Not once I was able to get any help. They reply with robotic Ai reply and turn off replies and you have to write again and wait another day to get the same robotic answer. There's nobody to speak to at all. Pick up points do not exist just one in Rungis in Paris which is OUTSIDE of Paris and hard to get to. Not one good thing about this most awful carrier.
