Bought CircuitMess products for my kids (4 and 6 years old).
They LOVED it. Quite a few hours of pure fun and family bonding time.

Amazing customer support!
I’ve had two positive experiences with CircuitMess, and their customer service really stood out both times.
The first time, I hadn’t noticed that my country wasn’t eligible for global free shipping. Even though it was my oversight, their team handled it well.
The second time, I placed an order right as a voucher was expiring. Since they couldn’t change the order, they quickly suggested cancellation and reordering so I could still use it. That worked out even better, as I added a couple more toys to gift to friends’ kids.
They’ve consistently been fair, helpful, and kind. Thanks to their support, I’m excited to see the kids enjoy their toys once the order arrives. Truly a company that cares!

I made a Mars Rover for my first time ever Science Fair and it was a huge success.
I have never soldered anything before and I think I made a mistake. At first my Rover didn’t turn on, but CircuitMess team handled everything perfectly. They have sent me a new board and extra’s for my upgrade to the Rover Ultimate.
My colleagues were impressed by the kit and asked me where I purchased it. I recommended them CircuitMess for their kids and for their own leisure time.

The customer service people were highly responsive and always solved every problem/challenge that came up. I first ordered the delivery to Egypt, where I was stationed; but the Customs there proved too cumbersome, so DHL/CircuitMess arranged to re-route it to my main location in Latvia (where everything went very smoothly)

Customer service is amazing. Very quick to respond. The kits are complete and a great way to teach some of the concepts. Have already placed a second order and will definitely be buying more in the future. The kids have loved the chatter, the range is very far.

I ordered some spare parts for my CircuitMess NASA Watch. One of the screws on the right side was problematic – the upper right part of the base could not be properly secured and remained loose. In addition, the spacer was a bit rounded, which made the assembly tricky.
I reached out to CircuitMess and Andrea from their support team helped me immediately. The communication was fast, friendly, and solution-oriented. Thanks to Andrea’s excellent assistance, everything was quickly resolved.
Great customer service like this really makes a difference. Highly recommended!

I had a small issue with shipping, but the help I received from their customer support was quick and thorough. Everyone I talked to was extremely kind, and the products received were very good.

The Artemis watch was a complete waste of money and took most of a month to even show up at my door. I ended up accidentally ruining the display on mine trying to thread the wayyyy too thick wrist strap onto it which, yes, was my fault but only due to the strap being so close to impossible to get on in the first place. To make matters worse, the long 3 screws that hold the whole watch together were barely even long enough to reach past the motherboard so you could thread the second set of spacers on top of it, making it close to impossible to assemble at all. I did manage to get the second spacer set to thread but so lightly that finger pressure could separate two of the three screws. Had to throw it straight into the trash after waiting for it to ship out for most of a month and spending two hours trying to get it put together. Massive disappointment to say the least, I was so excited to wear this around. If you're reading this, BE CAREFUL buying from these people. Who knows how poor the quality is on anything else they offer.
Update: Circuitmess was kind enough to reach out with an apology and to let me know they'd sent me a completed Artemis only a day after I'd posted this review, and it showed up at my door within the week. Lightning fast response time. And as I'd expected, the watch is awesome! A really fun and unique little bit of tech, stoked to have it and am super happy with how this whole experience was resolved. I believe this speaks volumes about how much Circuitmess actually cares about their customers and products.

Incredible customer service, which is rare these days. So helpful with all my enquiries.

I really enjoyed assembling Resistron from Wacky Robots Collection as a beginner because it really has clear instructions and immaculate design.
I learned what potentiometer is and what happens when you change polarity of LEDs :)

The products are amazing and extremely fun to build. However, what won me over the most is their truly dedicated customer support team. From sending replacement parts to addressing troubleshooting issues. Truly a grade A company.

I purchased from IG advertisement and hoped all would go well. On IG, you just don’t know.
Customer support was necessary as my address was not an easy delivery as it was international. Andrea stuck with me and made it happen so it was a big success thanks to her.
Now the hard part is putting this cool thing together. lol
Now get one for yourself and stop wasting time!

Fantastic customer services, I had some issues with the assembly of the Artemis NASA watch. This was very quickly resolved by the team contacting me and supplying some spare parts. Will definitely purchase products from them again.

Bob is great and it’s purple. That’s enough for my daughter to fall in love with it.

My kid loves it! He got it as a gift and even though he didn't assemble anything before of that nature, he found it quite easy with easy-to-follow instructions. And he loves his robot!

I love CircuitMess products – they are understandable, innovative and really fun.
But the customer service? It's a disaster.
CircuitMess should finally stop constantly saying that they have to “discuss internally”. Other companies - even smaller ones - simply send spare parts out immediately, without photos, without eternal discussion, without months of waiting.
CircuitMess always says: "We have to clarify this internally", then I wait forever for an answer until the spare part is prepared and sent at all.
And all this, even though the fault clearly lies with them!
Instead of simply apologizing and acting quickly, you are constantly dealing with photo requirements and bureaucracy.
And then they also pretend to have the best customer service in the world - and this is just frustrating and time-consuming.
I'm really angry because I like the products, but being treated like that is not possible.
CircuitMess: Stop pushing customers around and deliver the service you promise!
