Package was handled with care and delivered on time…outstanding professionalism! The delivery guy rang the bell twice and waited till someone opened the door.

The carrier threw my package twice in my frontgarden where everybody could take it. He could have opened the gate and put it out of sight, like every other delivery guy does.

The driver was very nice and helpful by calling me but it would have been nice to know like 30 minutes before that he was arriving in order to be at home.

I was at home on the date of supposed delivery, the guy didn't even ring. I just received an email that he couldn't find me. I had to pick a new date, the next available was three days later.

In the SMS you send there was no reference to your name (Colis privé). So it was not possible to pick it up at the delivery shop.

Very good and reliable you can trust on their delivery times no problems whatsoever what book them again

I didn't have any contact with anyone. My package was dropped in the mailbox because it was a small package. But delivered on time.

Delivery man rang the bell and waited for me to open the door instead of just leaving the parcel on the door step like some others from various delivery companies (apart from Bpost) do.

He left the package behind the mailbox and wasn't even able to ring the doorbell. Anyone on the street could have taken it.
