This survey site is a complete scam it takes you like maybe three or four different surveys to even get one that except you and you spend a good hour trying to get accepted for one. It's absolutely ridiculous and I took two surveys yesterday one I went all the way through it almost to the end answer and everything perfect they couldn't possibly say that that wasn't a good survey taker Yes and they screened me out or didn't even say screened me out they just said I didn't qualify at the very end of it.Scam! I wrote them and told them exactly what happened and of course they just said all day timed you out we have it here that they find you out but they didn't even time me out they just ended it and said I didn't qualify it didn't say anything about being timed out I tried to tell him that over and over again but she wasn't going to hear it. Then I went to take a next survey an hour later and I completely finished the survey was it said thank you for taking the survey we really appreciate your time that kind of thing I hit continue and it brought me to a brand new different person different survey not even the same brand so of course I texted them I didn't take the survey I texted them and let them know what happened there and I said I want to get paid for the survey she said I timed out I didn't time out I completely finished the survey these people are scams 100% no doubt about it scams I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said well it wouldn't do you any good because it says you timed out on the two things you're talking about so she wouldn't even let me speak to a supervisor. 100% SCAM!!!! If you have five hours to spend to make $5 then this is the survey site for you.

Almost every reply they give to people complaining is "Please note that we don't create the surveys and we don't decide who gets to participate or gets screened out. This is solely dependent on the requirements set by the supplier." You know very well you could make your "suppliers" do a screening before the survey starts and if you pass the screener they are not allowed to screen you out. Many of us have wasted a lot of time doing surveys and they screen you out halfway through or at the end and that is very unfair to us. I really wanted to like this site but it's really starting to look like a scam to collect our information and sale it.

Hey guys so I've sent in every screenshot possible to back up my request to get paid for playing they're offer "raid shadow legends" screenshot Ted absolutely everything on the days of completion and I'm still being turned away with the excuse of "your offer wasn't tracked" which it was I've done thorough research on how to properly have things tracked through they're app and uh yeah.. I've earned 200 over months of using them. they are scamming me over $15... I just thought I'd give a heads up. Companies that do this deserve repercussions .. time is precious.

I played this app and got four surveys but no rewards because you have to get five surveys. I played for two more days logging on and off with my account and getting notifications to do just one more survey only to get screened out of every one of them so I could not get the five surveys! What a waste of my time. So everyone take it from me don’t even stop and download this app!

It pays and I have received many cash outs. Not to many disqualifications but the survey frequency for my time is ok. And things go thru on here.

They don’t pay for completing time sensitive offers and will say that the game wasn’t tracked. I had an offer to reach a certain level within 2 days, I completed it and no rewards. I reached a higher level and was rewarded a smaller amount. Insane.

Good luck actually finishing five surveys that take ages to finish anyway(and the estimated time is always a fudging lie).

The ONE saving grace? They actually do pay as promised. Still not worth the effort/time.

This is to say nothing of the shitty support I've gotten when I submitted a complaint/ticket. There was a task that I was given half of a reward for, despite it taking AGES to complete. This site and its staff don't respect your time.

Edit: Your explanation of the screen outs is fine. My MAIN problem that's ACTUALLY within your control is the fact that I've been given half a reward for non-half surveys MULTIPLE times, and when I brought it up, I was simply told "Oh, but it WAS a half-survey", even though it absolutely WASN'T. That's incredibly shady and disrespectful to the surveyor.

the title pretty much says it all - 10-15% of the time you may be lucky to actually complete a survey, otherwise it's just an endless loop of being told 'you qualify' only to get rejected before you get into the actual survey. Prime Opinion (who owns Five Surveys) and their survey routers will find whatever reason they can to reject you. Something new I've noticed is that you can choose a 'full survey' (meaning you get full compensation rather than one of their half credit surveys) and when you complete it, you only get half credit instead of the full credit. So they're stealing compensation blatantly. Their idea of a half survey they claim is because they don't get paid as much for those, but I'm pretty sure that they just mark any survey (usually the shorter ones) as half so they can make more money. But none of this is surprising since they operate from overseas (any US address is a virtual office) so they're out to scam others via one of the numerous scam farms spread throughout SE Asia. They'll deny it but that's how they train their agents

They throttle surveys at 3/4 completed so as not to pay you, hoping you'll give up before you reach the cash out threshold.

Currently most of us can't even cash out anymore as we get technical errors and their AI tech support just says "welp, glitch on your end, reset cache I guess?" which doesn't actually do anything; and that's if they don't straight up ignore you.

So it went from being sort of scummy but at least a site that may be worth it sometimes when you're desperate to blatant scamming that feels like a reportable offense.

Edit: The replies from fivesurveys on these posts and my own post here are laughable, not once did I mention being screened out but the AI is so bad it can't answer my question and spits out irrelevant nonsense. I've just filed a report with the FTC for fraud/bad business practices for this site and I encourage others to also because this is the scammiest survey site I've ever been on.

Absolutely disgraceful company… yes the website is way to use but after the 4 th survey you will be screened out of everything so u never get paid! It’s a con!

The Five Survey App claims to be different than other Fraudulent Survey Apps. They claim that you are guaranteed to be paid $5.00 if you just complete 5 Surveys. But that is a Lying Bait and Switch Tactic that is used to Steal your personal information. Trying to earn Money on the Five Survey App is like searching for Easter Eggs in a Forest. People must spend Days or possibly a Week giving personal information to Fake Surveys that don't Pay before they find 5 Surveys that will pay. Earning $5.00 in 20 minutes is all a Lie. People if you want to earn Money, then get a regular legal Job. You will be guaranteed to at least make minimum wage $10.00 an hour. But dealing with Five Surveys you're basically will be paid $5.00 every 3 days to 7 days. Now that's worse than Foreign Slave Labor. People for your own good, please don't waste your time with Five Surveys.

This review is for Fiverr.com, I hired someone to help me as a Virtual Assistant to upload some products to my site I didn't have everything that she needed for the job to be completed and it was never started. I explained to her that it was nowhere mishap in regards to why I canceled. I just didn't realize that I wasnt fully prepared, so I cancelled. Fiverr confirmed my cancelation of the order and automatically put it towards my account as a credit balance. The price was for 172.30 I waited for the $$$ to show in my bank account it never. They gave the option if i wanted my $$$ back in the method of payment but have no directions on the steps to make to make this happen. There is no phone number to call and actually speak to someone and they threaten me with a warning stating that I was in violation of their terms and demanded that i cancel the diapute that i put in with paypal. I gave my explanation of why i made the dispute and received no response for more then 10days. Instead they removed my balance amount which now shows $0.00, and lied to PayPal stating that they completed the service and basucally kept my $$$. So i have to submit another dispute for the 3rd time ro get my money back for a service that i never received. This teview is in regards to the app and not the actual person who was going to provide the service. I still haven’t received my refund. With all that being said Fiverr.com is not a trustworthy app

Hey 5 surveys have you ever thought of rebranding and calling yourself screen out surveys because that's all you get on your site screen outs even when you get to the end of the survey it's beyond a joke I've never known anything like it. So I think you better call yourself screen out surveys from now on as I think it's more fair and people know what they are getting into. Let me know what you think?

Pros: It's very straightforward, you do "5" surveys or five bars or progress, you get 5 dollars.

- If you have the time and the determination you make 10-20 a day doing surveys. I have. But you really need lots of time or be very efficient with your time.

Cons:
- I gave it 2 stars because they are dishonest about survey completion time. You click on a 10 minute survey expecting it to take around 10-15 minutes but spend 30 minutes answering it for one bar or $1. Other survey sites give you around $2-3 worth of credit doing surveys of similar duration.

- Their customer service is non-existent, you can and will often times complete surveys and not receive credit on the five surveys site, even though the survey itself will literally tell you, you completed. Customer services seems to have the same copy paste responses and they are very VERY unlikely to give you full credit for the survey or even half credit, even though their sites says they give partial credit for time spent on some surveys

- It gets incredibly difficult to get a 5th survey completed to reach payout. You can spend hours or days as some people noted to get the completion and payout.

- Recently in the past 2 days, full credit surveys (1 bar of progress or $1 have been only crediting for half a bar or $.50 on completion and they're doing nothing to address it.

You can find other websites with better customer service like Swagbucks that gave me double credit on the next few surveys I did after technical errors in a high payout survey I was in, or other survey platforms that pay you better for your time, and have more accurate time estimates. Don't spend your entire day doing surveys on this site and then failing to get credited then begging their customer service to credit you one bar or $1. (Sincerely someone who has earned over $2,000 in completed surveys on their site since the summer)
