I won't say it as a total scam but yes it is I completed game offer and made £5 and withdrew it but now when I made more than £30 they stopped giving me withdraw saying "user is not reward eligible " , Total scammers, their support team only says "Thanks you for your patience... Our payment team will review this.. ". But nothing happens today I mailed them more than 20 times always same answer, I think at the end they are going to say " sorry we've blocked your account for no reason because we are scammers", instead Go for other survey sites, if five survey resolves my issue I can change my rating and update my review.

Lets you get to 3 surveys easily and then screened out endlessly after that. Some of the screenouts are over ten minutes in to the survey which is a huge waste of your time

We do not have the ability to change, replace, or choose the PayPal account where your reward is sent. The payout is delivered exactly to the email or PayPal address that you enter when you redeem your reward. Our system does not send funds anywhere else, nor can it redirect payments to another account on its own.
If the reward went to a different PayPal account, that means the incorrect email was entered during the redemption process. We recommend double-checking the address you submitted to ensure it matches your correct PayPal information. Unfortunately, if a user enters a wrong or misspelled account, we cannot retrieve or reroute those funds.

Withhold Funds and Ban Account when cashing out
I have had this account, verified my email & number several times. As I went to cash out, the rewards section said "Technical Error, Please contact Support", after doing so, there was no resolution.
When I tried again a few hours later, the account now says " User not reward eligible". After emailing and contacting support, I have not gotten any response.

I noticed an error with the website only to come here and see reviews about the error and no real help from their team.
I think a survey should be sincere enough to tell customers what error they commit and can just act trustworthy by attending to customer help request. This your technical issues is painting your brand black. My 5surveys account garyopher45@gmail.. cannot even get a response from your support team with help or explanation.
A trustworthy brand should be able to communicate any inconsistency they notice in a customers account.

wow, i looked at the response i received from 5 surveys. What a cover up for a response. Enjoyt the 50 cents.I for the most part finally get a completed survey after 5 or 6 screenouts and I understand that, but lately, i have taken surveys and then get deep in them or even complete and get screenout errors even after completing. I have let that go but today, once again after 20 minutes on survey and completed it, instead of the landing page going to completion I get an page that says oops something went wrong go back to you survey link , cannot do that as it goes to a multiple choice page with the 4 questions, and you fill out and get nothing. My time is valuable, and i answer my serveys with honesty and integrity and read everything so I am upset about this once again as I KNOW the researcher for the study received the data thru 5 surveys.Something should be done for the glitches that occur. I wish I could give this app an infinite amount of negative stars. I literally don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company so unprofessional who are obviously stealing information from people. The surveys aren’t real they literally just steal your info. When you get 3 surveys completed be prepared to take 6 or 7 days to get your next successful survey. You’ll be purposely screened out no matter what. They make up excuse saying you’re moving too fast when your aren’t in any capacity. 6 years later after they finally let me complete 5 surveys all of sudden you have to verify your account. Why wouldn’t I have to verify my account before doing 2,000 surveys? Didn’t need to verify then, but do when it’s time to pay. In short no matter what kind of bind your in (and I understand cuz you don’t wanna do surveys in the first place) but I literally beg of you not to waste time with this pathetic excuse of a company.
