Our guide Ali (aka Alex) it was amazing! Very knowledgeable and personable. Also very kind and gave us plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy the sites. He let us ask any questions we wanted, and he clearly has a deep understanding of the history and culture of the areas we visited. I could not believe how cool it was to cities areas with an expert showing us the ropes. When you book a tour ask for this guy. Five stars ++ but one little disclaimer about the getyourguide support team. They're not very helpful. I had an issue that I had to contact them about and they gave me some generic response that didn't solve my problem at all. It's just lucky that Alex was so awesome to make up for it.

We loved that the experiences were so interactive and tactile. Truly engaging all your senses. Highly recommend. The booking process was simple and it was well organised from lining up to going inside. There is food vendors and drinks outside available to purchase for while you wait. We especially loved our art making its way into the screen as a moving picture!!

Sold me a sold out slot
Booked a tour at a time it said was available, but got a message on my phone later saying it was booked out and asked me to change it. I changed date to another one that said available, but apparently that one was booked out too and this time it decided not to tell me and left my booking as "pending". By the time I randomly checked back several days later after I'd heard nothing from them, all the other options were gone so we missed out completely. Was promised a refund (TBC) through their helpline, but their broken system meant we missed our chance to book. What we had planned as the highlight of our trip was ruined because we chose to book it through these unreliable clowns. Very angry, buyer beware.

I'm a great fan of NASA and absolutely everything that the agency did throughout the years in order to allow the progress of science, space exploration and to truly transform into concrete steps what was before just a dream of entire mankind since we started our journey as a species in this world. I was really glad and proud to pass a little bit of such a feeling I have to my kids and wife in this first visit they did to KSC (it was my forth to NASA)!!! Getting the tickets from Headout was simple, fast and easy, and secure too. Very good purchasing experience too. Thank you!

Fantastic journey into the history and early life of the UAE
I have seen this ship-like structure being built and was curious about it. So when it finally opened, I was excited to visit . A beautiful building inside out. Firstly we got good parking, there were helpful staff to direct us to the entrance. There's a security checkpoint but it was quite efficient and friendly staff so not a bother. Another staff scanned our tickets and gave instructions as needed. There were selfserve kiosks and a reception area to buy tickets if needed. The signs were clear and quite easy to tour the galleries on our own or with a guide. We got so enthused with the artifacts and the history of the UAE in the ground floor, it's a good thing a staff told us other galleries are on the next floor or we would've spent all our time there. I liked that there were seats at intervals to rest while reading or watching a video.
Very interesting displays, I like the section upstairs where we go through a boat to really embrace the history of maritime era where they did Pearl diving etc. Interesting to learn how they got fresh water from the sea in that era. After the tour we got a buggy ride through the garden and stopped at the Cafe by the waterfront. Beautiful experience overall.

The rides were thrilling, the themed areas were super immersive, and the atmosphere was full of energy. Wen to Auschwitz nothing was has expected.
Freezed on a queue from 2:30 am to 11:30 AM, the guides had to use google translator to speak in English, and I paid for an English tour, then after the tour was it self was complete there was no bus waiting for us, even though we were told that they would be there, contacted the local assistance, no answers, the guide that told us that the bus would be there, didn't answer. had to get a taxi to get back. After 3 Hours, of the original, the guide sent me a message telling me that the taxi was waiting for me, I would've froze to death in the meanwhile.
Contacted Headout Support, showed them print screens of me being ignored, they told me that the service was providaded and that it was my fault for leaving the area. Insane, how can this people still operate and scam this hard is out of my mind
