We have used the Cambridge for many years, except of course during the renovations. The rooms are excellent for an overnight stay and the parking/ transfers went very smoothly.

We have used APH a few times, they are easy to find, the drivers of the shuttle buses are helpful courteous and cheerful. The reception staff quick and efficient we would recommend them.

Problem reported, dealt with and full refund given. Only issue was getting past the AI bot to actually speak to someone but once I did all sorted quickly.
