We have insured our foreign holidays with you many times before and been offered discounts for doing so. Why could we not obtain a discount upon this time? Not Happy.

I had difficulty answering some of the health questions, especially ones that needed a yes or no answer. However the agent was very patient and kind and we eventually got through them.
