It doesn´t work,and I´m asking for a refound, but they won´t give it to me. They´re keeping your money. The Renewal is automatic, AT THE END, but it hadn´t ended yet. My subscription war from August 14th to October 14th, meaning it was automatically renewed startin on the 15th. They didn´t wait for the expiration date, and they charger and stole it by applying a payment before its expiration date, and they charged and stole it by applyng a payment beote its wxpiration, using the data they had access to.
and no, I won´t use the service again because I´m not interested. For the last time, I politely requested the refund thah wwar received Before the expiration date, using the data ther had access to, and I´m waiting for the requested refound please.
More details:
My problem is that if my subscription was from August 14th to October 14th, why did they renew and charge for the subscription on October 14th? That's the day when I canceled because I was on time. Hynozio should have automatically renewed on October 15th, after the subscription expired, if I hadn't canceled. And I'm asking for a refund because they did it wrong.

Rhis is not a honest company
The app per sé is not bad. But it was not what I expected to. But the problem was when I wanted to unsubscribe the service. Passed through all the questions and formalities we processed the cancellation. And then they followed charging me for three more months, so I decided to cancel them via credit card service.
But it wasn't enough, I don't know how they started to charge on my debit card from another bank. And they insist until today.How they got that information?

This company is a scam. They sent a course entirely different than what I ordered. When I immediately questioned it, they cancelled my access and refused to refund my purchase. So not only could I not receive a refund, I couldn't even use the course. They stole from me.
