I purchased the Power System kit in Nov 24. I have just finished my third month of the supplements. I can honestly say, I don’t feel any benefits from taking the supplements which is hugely disappoint... See more

Too expensive! I took Lyma supplements for over a year now. Besides sleeping slightly better, there are no other improvements what so ever. For sure not on my hair or nails. The price does not reflect in the benefits, unfortunately.
I’ve bought TWO of the original Lyma lasers over the past few years at great cost (nearly £4000!). I have seen zero effects despite using two simultaneously at great length.
Today I received my PowerCure Pro device from therapevo (£250).
Cold laser has been used since the 60s in animal care: including within the lucrative racehorse business which demands the very best treatment.
The new Lyma Pro has THREE 808 nm diodes of 500mw each. Thus a total output of 1500mw. These are the invisible lights which have such beneficial effect on the dermis/injury/aging.
The PowerCure Pro has FIVE of these diodes at a combined output of 1250mw. So the Lyma Pro is SLIGHTLY more powerful. The original £2000 Lyma had only ONE 808nm diode. Yet sold at nearly ten times the cost of the PowerCure Pro designed for animal use. My question is WHY? Also HOW was the cosmetic device market so totally duped?!?!! I can use two PowerCure Pros simultaneously at a cost of £500 and 808nm power of 2500mw. A TENTH of the cost of ONE Lyma Pro with a lesser 1250mw of the crucial 808nm power. The added ease and speed of using one PowerCure Pro in each hand is a bonus. The saving of £4500???? Just for bragging rights to tell the world you’re using a ridiculously overpriced item and very likely the overpriced supplements and so-called oxygen mist to go with it??????
Please, please Lyma, do not so wantonly underestimate the intelligence of your clientèle.
It's surprisingly hard to find reviews of the Lyma supplement that aren't on the Lyma site. I find it really strange that there aren't any influences posting about this if it's truly a miracle supplement. You'd think there'd be users on Instagram and reddit singing its praises... Something to think about.
I've only been on it for about 2 weeks so I'll definitely update if anything changes, but so far I'm actually sleeping worse. I've never had a problem with sleep (I regulated my bedtime and wake-up time years ago and it's always worked for me) but now I find myself wide awake at 3am and there's no going back to sleep. I haven't noticed any other changes, and no improvements in any other area.
You're not supposed to take this with caffeine, so if you drink coffee for a few hours in the morning, you have to take this at lunch or dinner (supposed to take with food or a snack). I'm not lugging these pills to work every day, so I take them at dinner. I might have to try changing up the time line to see if that helps mitigate the poor-sleep side effect.
I've also had issues with my account, and when I reached out to Lyma they never responded. I can't activate my fancy copper membership card for some reason. Seems like for the money you're spending, their fancy membership program should be flawless.
I also find the copper storage container an odd choice - science says storing anything you eat or drink in copper is a bad idea because you can get copper toxicity. So that's a little suspect, also. I think they chose it because it's fancy and pretty and "premium" and they want you to feel special. But if you get heavy metal poisoning, you probably won't feel too special anymore.
All in all... I'm not sure how much I trust this company.

I bought the pro model ($6,000) and it was supposed to ship FedEx Express. I tried to reach LYMA for almost 3 weeks and they don’t publish a phone number and their email concierge promised it was in stock and coming - they acknowledged that this was a birthday gift and after 3 weeks of chasing them around, I canceled. This is a reasonably expensive item and their customer service is absolutely awful.

I have not tried the product long enough to review it but I purchased it through Lymas finance partner splitit. sadly instead of taking the monthly agreed payments they took the whole lot in one go so I will still have credit card interest. They said that the card would not authorize for the monthly amount - however it did authorize for the entire almost 2k. this is no way to conduct business - I was offered the opportunity to start a new plan and when this was inforce they would then refund the original amount. I would never trust them to do this. Lyma is a high end product and one would expect a more professional finance partner such as klarna or Clearpay. There are no excuses for this - the reply will come back saying the monthly did not aunthorize but again, they would not authorize an amount under 200 but at the same time they would authorize just under 2k. Untrustworthy/ unprofessional. When I have used the Lyma product I'm sure good feedback will follow but my experience of purchase has been a complete disaster.

I have been using my LYMA laser for about 3 months now. I LOVE it. I started noticing results by the end of the first week, and now, three months later, I am convinced that this is the best product I have come across.
It is non-invasive, suitable for use at home, and delivers the best results. This is not LED light therapy; this is much better. And there is no downtime, no pain, no redness, no heat, just plumper, smoother skin. The key is consistency, but after using it regularly for 3 months, you can reduce use to once or twice a week.
You can also use it on spots, scars, and I found it helps with muscle pain after workouts.
Their customer service is top-notch, too. I lost the little carry case it comes in, and they fixed me up with a new one, straight away.
If you are serious about skin care, this is the device and the company to watch.

I had a problem with my new Lyma laser (slight rattle). Jennifer from the concierge service was amazing and helped me to return it and get a replacement. The service was prompt and efficient and really what you expect of a premium brand. It's early days with the laser but I can see a slight difference in my skin tone (I'm 56 and have some crepey skin after weight loss).

I used this device exactly as instructed, and my honest verdict is that it’s overpriced for what it delivers. The process is a ridiculous investment of your time, and the results are… minimal? Think about spending over an hour each evening or every other day holding a heavy device in your hand - three minutes per tiny patch of skin, do the maths. This device gives you sore arms faster than it gives you results. By week two I wasn’t glowing, I was - what have I done? For clarity, I used the device for over 9 months.
I’ve tried plenty of at-home devices before. Some work better than others, but at least they didn’t cost me the equivalent of a luxury (and memorable) holiday away. Here, the return on investment is… a short-lived glow and the creeping suspicion you’ve been had. Honestly, for this price tag, I expected more than tennis elbow and regret.
It’s not that I didn’t do my research. I only wish I’d seen more genuine reviews from customers like me before handing over my money. Consider this your warning.
The expected reply from Lyma is an automated response that gaslights the customer and puts the onus on the customer too. I’ll translate it: “you do the job and contact us because obviously you don’t know how to use the device (or read basic instructions for that matter), and we’ll educate you. It’s not that your feedback will be actually considered - we’re still convinced that we’re charging what is fair and if you want to be beautiful, you have to be a device slave - but we can keep the rest of this conversation private. Thank you for your money.”

Scammy company. First they didn’t even ship it out right away and now they are saying I have To sign for it and that’s not even possible due to my schedule. And picking it up at FedEx isn’t good either as Currently I have no car. And they are holding the whole amount for the laser on my credit card. Not cool and not described on the site. Never have I ever down a payment purchase where they hold the full amount. Too many mixed reviews. Stay away!!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I have used it now for over 2 years, still hoping it would do something. But it did absolutely nothing. It’s not even a laser. It’s a gimmick and a scam. I wish I had been smarter. I hope others are

Although I couldn’t receive my vitamins during my trip to the U.S. due to delivery delays (despite ordering 15 days in advance), I’m truly grateful for the excellent support from Lyma’s Concierge, especially Jennifer. She responded promptly, kept me updated throughout the process, and has already confirmed my refund. I didn’t get the product, but I definitely experienced Lyma’s genuine care for their customers. I’ll shop with you again on my next trip!

Signed up for a subscription, got my order then tried to cancel. Can’t modify, skip or cancel before 4 orders have beeen sent, but it doesn't say that anywhere on the site. Tried to contact customer service which is usually prompt but no reply. No other subscription does that and I feel misled. Also they won’t provide a complete ingredient list for their supplements, even after I asked. I have lost all confidence in the company and their products!

The supplement is incredible but this rating is about the subscription service. I signed up to the subscription but my supplements have not shipped in time for me to receive them before I run out. They are so good, I do need them every day. I am very disappointed in the service. The Concierge do respond but there seems no way to get the supplements to me in time, and I haven't received a date that they will be delivered. I think it's really important that this part of the experience is improved as many people rely on supplements to make them feel like themselves.

Lyma concierge was prompt to respond and help me with a malfunctioning laser. Excellent communication and trouble shooting. In the end my laser was replaced with a new unit.

Expected a lot more for the high price and time it takes. Put simply the Lyma laser did nothing to improve my fine lines or facial sag. It very slightly decreased my redness but this decrease definitely isn't worth the high cost of the laser.

I absolutle love my Lyma and the aftercare service is fantastic. Any questions I put forward have been answered promptly and for me that is really reassuring.

Absolutely and positively AMAZING! Anytime I need something I get a quick response and it’s above and beyond! I’m a lifetimer.
