Pure joke with really poor customer service
This company is a joke with really poor products quality.
We bought a Barbecue 6 burners two years ago for around 400 euros, with bbq used only during summer times and sleeping inside over winter periods. But now we have two burners cracked and ready to break, which can lead to dangerous burning.
Their support wanted to help by providing two new burners but I told them that I don't want to take the risk to have the remaining 4 burners having the same issue and to contact them every two years for this problem... And they just didn't care at all, not proposing any alternives... Run away from their shitty products.
Cheap and nasty products
Terrible products. Cheap and nasty designs. Sweeek manufacturers in China. The products are poor quality and will not last. Avoid and buy from reputable company.
Con artists don’t use!
Agreed a delivery date, waited in all day and they dont turn up. Delivery company contact me and say they cannot deliver for another week by which time i am out of the country. So far not really Sweeek issue, more poor delivery company. However when i raise the issue with Sweeek they say i denied the delivery, (because the dates are outside of the agreed dates and i am then out of the country), and therefore they will be charging me €60 from my refund to return the items!!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Delivery
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Sweeek deserves serious attention. I placed an order at the beginning of july, and what followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
After the delivery date passed with no update, I contacted Sweeek through their Facebook chat. Instead of helping, they redirected me to email support. I followed their instructions and sent an email, but received no response within the 48-hour timeframe they promised. Only after posting a complaint on Trustpilot did I finally get a reply—claiming they were “very busy.” That’s not an acceptable excuse. Once you take a customer’s payment, you are obligated to provide timely and reliable support.
The tracking information provided was never updated at no point during the schedule delivery date given, their listed phone number doesn’t work, and every customer service channel I tried was ineffective. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge a return shipping fee when I attempt to cancel—even though THEY FAILED to deliver within the timeframe they themselves set. That’s not just poor service—it’s dishonest and all of this poses as a red flag in the eyes of any reliable customer.
I lost all trust at that point and had to report the issue to Signal Conso in France, suspecting possible fraudulent behavior. (Thanks to Signal Conso for helping me to get back my full payment of 540 euro) Throughout this ordeal, Sweeek never offered an apology or took responsibility for the inconvenience caused.
I’ve received better service from budget platforms like Temu, where I shop to donate to those in need. Sweeek, on the other hand, has proven to be unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I will never shop there again and strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order.

No help, no delivery
package delivered in 3 parts, last part not yet arrived after 14 days. Customer service answers incompletely or not. GLS or DPD did not email or call.

Do not order anything from Sweek. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for two cupboards to be delivered and it has not arrived. I have rang the delivery service today who have informed me they no longer have bussiness with Sweek. Do not get scammed.
Scammers
I purchased a 3-zits biologische komma bank in boucléstof on the 7 July which is meant to be delivered during 11 to 17 July. We received a tracking that has not been updated.. Nothing is delivered and no one is answering our emails, via the Facebook chat the customer support service says they couldn’t help and I have paid in full €540 for just to be scammed. Now i have to file a report to try and get back my money.

Misleading
Do not be fooled by the “delivery time” listed on the website. I placed my order weeks ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. When I reached out to customer service, all I got was a vague “please wait 10 days longer.”
If the delivery time can’t be trusted, why advertise it so confidently before purchase? This feels misleading and has been a frustrating experience overall.

Esperé más de un mes para recibir este sofá, y al abrirlo descubrí que no se puede montar porque me enviaron dos piezas laterales idénticas, en lugar de una para cada lado.
Después de tanta espera, ahora tengo que lidiar con piezas faltantes, una atención al cliente poco clara y más retrasos. Esto es totalmente inaceptable para una empresa que presume de ofrecer productos de calidad.
He enviado fotos y una explicación detallada, y aún no tengo una solución concreta. No hay ningún número de teléfono al que llamar, solo soporte por email, y puede que tenga que esperar otro mes más (si es que tienen la pieza correcta) para que esto se resuelva.
El sofá, tal y como está, es inutilizable. Lo compré para disfrutar del verano y en lugar de eso tengo medio sofá y una enorme pérdida de tiempo.
Solicito ahora el reembolso completo. Esta experiencia ha sido muy frustrante y decepcionante. Si la empresa no asume su responsabilidad y lo soluciona de inmediato, seguiré compartiendo mi experiencia en todas las plataformas posibles.
I waited over a month to receive this sofa, only to find out that it cannot be assembled because they sent me two identical side pieces instead of one for the left and one for the right.
After all this waiting, I now have to deal with missing parts, unclear customer support, and further delays — which is unacceptable for a brand that claims to offer quality service.
I’ve sent photos and a detailed explanation, and I still have no clear solution. There’s no phone number to call — only email support — and I might have to wait another month (if they even have the right part in stock) before this is resolved.
The sofa is unusable as it is. I bought this product to enjoy the summer, and instead I’m stuck with half a sofa and a huge waste of time.
I am now requesting a full refund. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If the company does not take responsibility and solve this immediately, I will continue to share my experience across all review platforms.
GREAT SERVICE
Hello, we bought 6 daybeds for the swimming pool. Although the delivery date was scheduled for later we received our purchase before that date. That helped us. Simple and good product. The client service reacted helpful and promptly. So happy customer.
Happy with quality/ price but not delivery
I am very happy with the quality and price.
The only reason I’m not giving you five stars is the delivery. It was very fast which is good, however it was not clearly stated that the courier will leave everything on the street as well as the wooden pallet! As you can imagine, it is very difficult to discard of these bulky items in a city centre. I would have appreciated the a delivery person would help to bring a full garden sofa set inside the flat (ground floor) and help discard of the packaging. Perhaps SWEEEK should make this option available and if already available, make it more clear when ordering.

Similar to many other customers I’ve just had a frustrating, time wasting experience with Sweeek.
I ordered garden chairs with GM a delivery of 1 week. 5 weeks later they cancelled the order with some odd reason of an issue between them and their carrier Arrow Xl
Communication has been very poor as well, despite the constant issues no one ever reached out to me, i have had to chase them 6-7 times to get told they’ve lost the stock?

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Utter joke of a company, if I could give 0 stars I would.
I placed an order for some furniture back on 9th February to which I was informed the delivery date would be 26th March to 1st April. Having heard nothing I emailed only to be informed there had been a delay and delivery was now expected by 29th May, yet I'd not been informed of the delay and the website still stated the original delivery window, despite this date having already passed.
I emailed this morning (27th May) to request an update as the delivery dates on the website still state arrival by 1st April despite this being almost 2 months in the past and out of the blue receive a mail to say my order has been cancelled and refunded.
The lack of communication is quite frankly embarrassing. When was I going to be informed there was an issue with my order, or the delivery dates had slipped or in fact the product isn't available at all.
I'd strongly advise thinking twice before ordering through Sweeek.

I’m amazed at how many people have actually received their orders! This is the second time I’ve ordered the same product and the exact same thing has happened again…. Sweeek claim they’ve handed the parcel to ArrowXL and ArrowXL say they have never received anything for me from sweeek. Somebodies lying! I’ve now had a voicemail from arrow saying that sweeek cancelled my first order because they never sent the item and that they haven’t received the second item either! Round and round in circles. Just avoid this company honestly it’s not worth the hassle.

The order was delivered much earlier than requested, without any notice — despite the website stating that delivery would be scheduled by appointment. I had specifically asked for delivery after a certain date because I hadn’t moved in yet, but they left the boxes under the stairs of the building without informing me — in a shared space that wasn't even my apartment.
The table color doesn’t match the photos, and although customer service acknowledged this, they refused to cover the €90 return fee for a €120 table. The armchairs are also very low quality — I seriously doubt they’ll last more than two years.

Bought a sofa. Turned out to be very bad quality. Trying to contact customer service for a month to arrange a pick up. They don’t have a phone only filling the form and they avoid arranging the final pick up. Every time the conversation leads nowhere. Will be contacting my bank to receive a refund as this is the only option I have been left with.
SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I Ordered an outdoor table and chairs set which on the website states ready to ship and have an estimated delivery date of 2-4 days. The items are no where to be found, my account shows dispatched with no tracking information, no email. The phone number on the website tells you to fill out a form which no one responded to. I have done this three times now and still no reply after 1 week. I will trying to get my money back through our card provider as I believe I have been scammed!! Please avoid this company and website. I should’ve read the reviews first.
