Terrible service!

I placed an order for a table in February that was supposed to arrive in April. Several weeks went by and the order never arrived, and no one from the company responded to my emails until almost two months after the delivery deadline, when they told me the table I had bought was out of stock. It’s now been another two months and I still haven’t received any refund, and no one from the company responds to me. TERRIBLE service!!

Absolutely Disappointed

Absolutely Disappointed – Broken Chairs & Terrible Customer Service

I ordered chairs from Menzzo and waited over 17 weeks (more than 3 months) for delivery — only to receive broken chairs. When I contacted their customer service for a return or replacement, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful.

To make matters worse, they offered me a voucher instead of a proper refund or replacement. I have no interest in buying from them ever again, so a voucher is useless to me.

This wasn't a one-time issue — it happened twice. Both times, I received damaged products after an unacceptable delay. The experience has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Menzzo.

Didnt got my money back , it’s €100,- this company can not even send back a €100 . It’s been since Dec 2024 !!!!!!!! That I asking for my money back .
I also filled a complain with ECC. Their company is registrated now BUT i still don’t got my money back.

Very annoying.

DONT buy / order here ! Menzzo scams people en refuse to give them their money back horrible !

STAY AWAY!!!!!

If the score could be less than one I would give it. Two words of advice. STAY AWAY!!!! They answer the phone. Their customer service is non existent. They blame different departments for failures. Our order was late delivered. When it arrived it was damaged. The refund took weeks to process and arrive. They make promises they never keep. It's a joke that they are still in business. They should all be in jail. Again STAY AWAY!!!

Ho ordinato due comodini a ottobre 2024. Dopo mesi di rinvii, accetto di aspettare fino a marzo 2025 e loro, per scusarsi, mi promettono un rimborso del 10% in denaro.

Lo richiedo il 30 gennaio. Oggi è il 18 marzo e non ho visto un solo centesimo. Solo scuse ridicole, risposte evasive e zero serietà. Hanno avuto quasi due mesi per rispettare la loro promessa e invece continuano a prendere tempo.

Un'azienda del genere non merita di esistere. Servizio clienti INESISTENTE, assistenza da dilettanti, serietà pari a ZERO. Se non ricevo il mio rimborso nei prossimi giorni, procederò con una denuncia alla polizia postale.

I ordered two bedside tables in October 2024. After months of delays, I agreed to wait until March 2025. As an apology, they promised me a 10% refund in cash.

I requested it on January 30. Today is March 18, and I haven’t received a single cent. Just pathetic excuses, vague replies, and zero professionalism. They had almost two months to honor their promise, yet they keep stalling.

A company like this doesn’t deserve to exist. Customer service is nonexistent, support is laughable, and their reliability is absolute ZERO. If I don’t get my refund in the next few days, I will file a complaint with the authorities.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! 🚨🚨🚨

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED !

I purchased 500€ extendable table + 4 chairs (120€/each). Unfortunately I was able to assemble the table only after one year when I noticed the quality was absolutely poor both in terms of tooling used and in table surface (which is breaking down just because of putting things on it).
Once I contacted the customer service and I provided videos and photos asking to support me, they replied that warranty was expired and they were not considering my request.
I did not ask for money back, just to support in understanding why the table was completely unstable on the floor. It is shaking at every touch.
Absurd experiece !
Very poor quality at very high price !

Not serious company

I received a damaged package and immediately contacted both GLS and Menzzo. Unfortunately, only Menzzo responded by offering a 10% compensation (which wasn’t what I expected since I was hoping to have the item replaced). Left with no other option, I accepted the offer. However, I’ve now been waiting for two months without receiving the compensation. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping at their store.

Don't order here

Received 3 broken chairs the 2nd of September. They broke when we first tried them. Therefor never tried the other 3 chairs and asked for a pick up and a refund the same day. The chairs where picked up at the end of October... I am still waiting for my refund. It is now January. The refund was supposed to take 14 days only. I am e-mailling them almost every day. I would suggest to others to never order from this website as their customer service is really bad..

Colour different than online and no refund as promised

I ordered an office chair. The chair is very nice and comfortable, however it is a different shade of grey than in the pictures on the website.

When I wrote to Menzzo, they replied with a "that is the colour" advertised. It is not though. After some tooing and froing over the next week, they said I could return and I would have to pay postage or they would issue a part refund of around 20 €. The original cost was 120 €. That was nearly 4 months ago. I have emailed my contact there and they just keep saying it will be done.

I have waited until now to review, but I think after 4 months, I don't expect my part refund.

The product is good, the delivery was on time but the after sales service is terrible. I would only order from here again if I could guarantee that I did not need to return, etc.

Useless. Waste of time.

Not to be trusted!

I ordered chairs which came in a much lighter colour than advertised. I had bought them for the waiting room of my company. As people will sit with jeans on them light coloured chairs would not work and I wanted to return them.
The whole return process too 2 months. First for someone to answer, then to explain the return process. We had to send pictures several times that the chairs were packed and ready to be picked up. Then there was no pick up at the agreed upon date. All in all it took until July for the chairs to be picked up. Now it’s December and I still have not received my money back. They keep coming up with excuses. The files were given to the correct department, you will receive your payment soon. Then the files were given to the accounting department and your parent will be made soon.
I will now take legal steps. But I would definitely NOT recommend buying anything from this company.
Firstly because of the quality of the products —> the colour was not even remotely what it was in the pictures. Imagine burgundy and receiving a very light rose.
Secondly because of their terrible customer service. (Pickup took several months, money will not be returned)

Horrible/AVOID_ and how to get your money back

Since June 2024 until mid-September, I was keep sending email asking about my money and the reply was always the same...sorry, we have a delay, but we are working to return your money.
Dont fall for it...they are just stalling hoping that people will give up eventually. I was about to give up, when I found a very good tip in the other reviews, so I said to give it a try.
People, make a complaint report on signal.conso.gouv.fr. It can be done in English as well. Pay attention that Menzzo is actually registered as Davli company.
Two weeks later I've received my money back...hèhè, what a nightmare is Menzzo!
