terrible service

The company does not have telephone support, it is always busy, the email is answered within 3 days and the return costs are yours, as the furniture is not the same color as the photo nor the quality either.

Worst on line purchase experience EVER

Worst on line purchase experience EVER
I never got the full product. After 2 months of back and forth emails ( I think they are just wasting my time, don't want to really deliver the product I have paid for) still they are " contacting their customer service to check if they can deliver the pieces". It's insane, I have requested a refund without any response.

Please, DON'T BUY HERE! It takes a week to get an email responded and they don't pick the phone. You are going to waste your money.

Regarding IDmarket answer: instead or responding to social media comments and feedback, you should be responding calls and emails from customers. " months and still not being able to use the product. This is WORST ONLYPE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER

Horrible Cusotmer Service

Horrible Cusotmer Service. In a nutshell delivery never happened - I've paid for this 25 euros extra for a heavy item worth 120 euros. But this is only the beginning I've contacted customer service and they told me I just need to pick this up from some place far away from my home. Heavy object and I'm a small woman... I needed to arrange pick up and paid double and they refused to refund me anything even for the oryginal delivery costs, which never happened - I'm working from home there wasn't even delivery attempt. On top of it customer service is super unresponsive and contact with them is horrible.

Edit: Your reply is untrue. You were never willing to help my solved my problem and reply only after 4 days that I have to leave an item at the pick up point cause you won't help or refund me for a shipping costs. Of course it was way after I've already arranged second pick up. So not your service is not improving it's just simply terrible and definitely not customer oriented.

Good value and fair aftersales.

Original 2-star review:
The pros: I ordered a kitchen island for a decent price, which arrived about a week after I placed the order. The unit looks okay.
The cons: One of the cupboard doors arrived badly scratched, and the veneer is peeling away from the worktop. I emailed IDMarket (twice) with pictures of the issue, offering to fix the veneer problem myself if they could send a replacement cupboard door. They have roundly ignored all of my communications. I'll update this review if I ever get an acceptable response.

Update: So, after posting this review on here, I was contacted by IDMarket, who then promptly sent me an entire replacement kitchen island, with no need to return the original unit. In the end, they did listen and did go above and beyond, so bravo.

I'm in my second order

I'm in my second order, still the problem, their courrier company GLS are very bad, delivery date given via SMS and deliver few days later, in fact you have to take a week off from work to be sure if haven't got an alternative, given the price they charge for P&P, I will think again next time, seriously I do not recommend, they don't even reply to email.....
