Who knows where my parcel is? It is Tuesday today and no update on it since last Thursday. Trully terrible, cannot believe I am paying for this “service”!

Horrible, I paid for a 40CHF shipment from a company, and DHL sent me an *additional* shipping bill for 53CHF, 22CHF for "administration" fees. That is theft, being able to bully people and charge whatever *administration" fees without even requesting approval or even a notification. I will never use the company who uses DHL again, and of course I stay far far far away from DHL because I do not appreciate working with bullies.

Extremely poor service and language…
Extremely poor service and language skills to solve a simple delivery question. Talked to DHL agents 4 times during the day and promised my parcel would be out for delivery. Waited at home 8 hours based on that promise, but the parcel did not arrive and now delayed 3 days again due to weekend. Ordered express delivery 1-2 days and the delivery time is now up to 7 days
Ass wipers and thieves
I payed 100 euro for an express package delivery and more than 1 week later than the delivery date it still didn't arrive. I called more than 5 times spending 100 euro of phone calls to them without any answer to why my package didn't arrive. I don't know what they do with 100 euro for express delivery, maybe wipe their ass? but definitely not express delivery. They Robbed my money and my precious time!

For the third time this year I have received a slip which suggests that I was not in when the delivery took place. In fact I was at home on all 3 occasions. This does not seem to happen with other carriers, I will now try to avoid making purchases when I know that DHL are to be the chosen carriers. It is most inconvenient and very poor practice.

Everytime I specifically ask to receive a package at my place, and pay a lot for that, they are never able to find my building that is literally in a big avenue that every other delivery guy always find. So, they always put it in a relay point without even asking me. Then I always have to ask them where it is. And the worst part is I cannot even write any indication on their website to help them find the building. This is so unprofessional. Update: they also lost one of my packages and did nothing about it for like 3 weeks until I publicly complained on their Instagram page. Then the package magically appeared, only so that I could find out that they broke the thing that was inside.

Your delivery guys are extremely rude and lazy. They don't even try to deliver the package. I was at my place the whole day a few times and I received no phone calls and no ring at my door, so clearly something is wrong.
Then I receive a text message saying my parcel couldn't be delivered and they will text me where to pick it up. I never received any messages after this and I'm still looking for my parcel. Maybe it's in Lapland? I'll never know. I can't even find it on your website or try to re-deliver it, this option doesn't exist.

Actually it is totally useless to write anything here or to complain about the service of `DHL. The are arrogant and don’t care at all they have seemingly unlimited power often even supported by governments. Example we have a postponed VAT agreement with the French taxes. Meaning that the taxes basically are paid after the goods are sold and we actually file our incoming and outgoing turnovers hence the VAT to be paid or refunded to or from the French taxes. DHL has all our instructions numbers and codes and copies every 2 months once it works but the other 10 times in the same period it does not. Complaining is useless for multiple reasons.
1. The french taxes gave DHL the freedom to do as they please so nearly every week we get a VAT bill, every week because we import weekly.
2. dHLper definition does not appologize ever for anything they are above and beyond and onto- of that protected by the law, Where DHL will send you a letter saying that whenever DhL doubts the documents they can charge the VAT and they do all the time despite the fact that it’s already nearly one year going wrong weekly.
Our documents are correct and we even have once managed to have it all checked by cs and it went okay till the lady was transferred and all started again.
But fact remains we do all correct specifically since surprise surprise from the first of January 2022 you are obliged to have a VAT postponed approved in place accoording to the mail of the French taxes and DHL.
But next funny fact, you file your VAT returns and say okay guys now please return my over paid VAT, it should take 20 days. After 2ndays nothing, you call the taxes say ya ya but it is not a small amount so we want a audit.
See the fact of incompetence pile up and the pure dictatorship of the system protecting its own interests.
In the mean time yesterday we Where invoiced again how are these organizations and their masters able to push out laws and regulations if they are unable to follow those rules themselves already for nearly a year.

I ordered a gift and DHL was responsible for delivery. The delivery man called me all morning to deliver my package to my house but I was not at home. So he said he would drop it off at the relay point but this was not the case when I went there so I had to call him back to get him to come. Once he arrived he was absolutely not friendly, he didn't even greet me and it's almost as if he didn't throw the package in my hands. Anyway, I am very disappointed with this delivery company and do not recommend it at all.

They have 3 pick up places located at less than 500m from my home but they unilaterally decided to have me fetch it in one that is 6km away.
I don't own a car and the place is in one of the few area that doesn't have any public transportation, what a joke.

know that for clearance with DHL in morocco 75€ is the minimum, no matter what you send.
The tax for DHL imported packets is minimum 50€ no matter what is in the packet.
