Laura was hugely helpful. there was an issue with the delivery but laura was highly supportive and helpful. The product itself was high quality and we are satisfied.
Good service, this time. Courier delayed advised consignment by a day but that is usual for this courier. We do however live out in the country.

Tried to contact ManoMano about a delivery not being received. Spoke to Isa on the web chat who was not remotely helpful. Other orders have not been problematic which was why I ordered again, will not be doing that in a hurry.

Unreliable supplier and useless Customer Service!
I have bought a table listed under "garden tables". When it arrived the instructions in the package indicated it as a table for indoor use only!
I contacted the Customer Service to ask for clarifications. No clarifications provided. They just told me that if the instructions say for indoor use then this is how the table should be used. However this is not what it is reported in the table description on the ManoMano website.
They even contacted the seller who replied that the table is also sold for outdoor use.
Even with these evidences ManoMano refuses to provide the 2 years warranty on the table if used outdoor!
The lady of the Customer Service wrote me at least 20 emails and she is was just a rubber wall.
Awful!! Never again!

On August 7, August 14 and August 19, I wrote reviews in regards to a payment through bank deposit I made on July 26 for the purchase of a LED mirror, corresponding to ManoMano's reference number CBQE8QSGTP85 , order number ITC240726-4F6F4BFD7337 which was canceled by ManoMano allegedly because they hadn't received the payment.
The payment, as per proof generated by my bank's system, was made to the account ManoMano provided, this is, to:

Today's note is to warn other prospect buyers of the fact that as of today, September 5th 2024, ManoMano has not done a thorough investigation nor accepted their mistake and has not refund me.
Beware of the inability of ManoMano and their representatives to solve their own mistakes, leaving the occasional customer without both his money and the article he thought he was buying. Buy somewhere else is my recommendation.

Very bad service. Bought a bed but could not use it as had a fishy chemical smell, which after 1week still unable to use. Chemicals should not be allowed on beds as can cause issues with health, asked for remboursement and to send back, but supplier refused, saying that it could not have chemicals on it, however other reviews have also complained about this. ManoMano customer service are hands off and want communication between buyer and their suppler only. This is very bad business l. Going back on the app my order disappeared! Difficult to track this. I am going to take this further as it is totally against consumer rights. Do not use this company, they are not up to EU standards for products and customer service.
Answer to ManoMano — I have contacted supplier a few times. Firstly they told me to aire the bed, then they said they would give me 50% back. I do not want the smelly bed, pick it up and give full reimbursement and stop selling goods which are NOT fit for purpose l!
