Unprofessional sellers …
The seller confirmed that the product was as described, but then sent a completely different and useless item. How could they mistakenly send a single piece of another item instead of the advertised pack of four?

REFUND REFUSED Refused for Damaged items
I purchased 4 bed base from them.
The driver dragged the packaging on the concrete driveway as he was alone and was unable to lift it. The packing was damaged which we reported to him. He assured us that there is another layer of wooden packaging inside for protection. We have images on security camera of him dragging the items.
When the package was opened later, all 4 items were severely damaged.
We requested that they return the next day to retrieve the items. In spite of clear evidence, they have refused refund.

Overall so far everything was going fine.
I recieved a call from the supplier in 08.08.2025 to schedule a delivery , I have been informed that 11.08.2025 the packages scheduled for delivery. On 11.08.2025 packages did not arrive, I was little bit hopeful and wanted to wait 1 more day before I reach to supplier. 12.08.2025 again no delivery. 13.08.2025, I reached out to the person who called me , send message ( as I don't speak French and person was able to speak very little English ) ,there was no answer. I tried my luck on 18.08.2025 again no answer. Than I called them and the phone was off as the person was on leave .18.08.2025I reached out to Manomano chat to issue a complaint. I have been told that they will get back to supplier and ask for a feedback and been advised to wait. On 20.08.2025 Manomano wrote to supplier that I still did not receive the packages and I wish to cancel ( as I don't want to wait more as the project was delayed and needed to find another solution).Than FUN started, 21.08.2025 suppler worte back that they tried to reached out to me but I never answered the calls. As imagine I was upset and send my call log to them as screen shot and told them that this statement was a lie and I never been reached out for any delivery and show them the messages I wrote to them. 21.08.2025, supplier instruct me to call their freight forwarder to arrange the delivery as their offices are closed for holidays ( more fun right!) I told them that it is not too late and I don't want the items anymore. After my proof that I have not been contacted , they change the tone and they apologize and told me that they gave an instruction to their freight forwarder and the freight forwarder never respond them . In the mean time I ask Manomano for cancellation and chat agent told me that within 24 hrs my order will be cancelled and I should get a refund and rest of the installations should be cancelled , as expected this never happened. so beside writing back and fort with supplier I also follow-up with Manomano on this( beside working full time in my job ) 21.08.2025 I asked from supplier for a refund and cancellation. They said , when the units are back in their warehouse they will cancel my order ( I never had the goods and it was with their freight forwarder all the time ) Supplier confirmed my cancellation and finally Manomano same time open a dispute about this case. on 25.09.2025 supplier told that they request a return of goods back to them from their freight forwarder ( after 4 days of communications ) in the mean time every detail I wrote to Manomano, and to be frankly person who handles my dispute from Manomano was very efficient on responding back to me . The deadline for the dispute was 28.09.2025 , and the instalment for the 2nd payment was on 19.09.2025. And SURPRISEE , on 27.08.2025, despite our instructions and communication, freight forwarder try to deliver the goods to my address , can you imagine this, I refuse to take the delivery and communicate with supplier and Manomano, supplier as always was very surprised that why the freight forwarder try to deliver the good to me. Again reminder that the second payment was due on 29.08.2025. So as a result I paid half of the goods money to supplier without having the goods Manomano keep telling me that dont worry ,I communicate with Paypal and unfortunately ,the message I received that supplier confirmed the cancelation ( but did not terminate the instalments ) So I dont have the refund , I still pay my instalments and almost every 2 day I have to engage with Mnomano about my refund. If you are bored and think you can handle this hassle by all means shop from Manomano, but my advise don't shop form them. It looks like a very good design scam .

I ordered an item and received confirmation. 2 days later I was told I was getting a refund. I had not asked for a refund. I was not given a reason for the refund. The refund will take up to 7 days which is ludicrous. The item is still advertised for sale. I will never be using this company again. I wait to see if I actually get my money back!
