Laura was hugely helpful. there was an issue with the delivery but laura was highly supportive and helpful. The product itself was high quality and we are satisfied.
Good service, this time. Courier delayed advised consignment by a day but that is usual for this courier. We do however live out in the country.

i bought a parrit cage of mano mano sold by yateech its 174cm parrot cage wiv swivel wheels my Bird almost died he may have 2 have claw amputation the company treating me like fool on about profit margins no concern is the Bird alive or I'm sorry this happened I sent photos of the injured Bird not once av they said sorry is the Bird ok or put this notification against there product they said profit is v small margin it's cheaply built where the concern how is the Bird is he alive .they insulted me wiv me £5 British pounds then upgraded it to £7 .wen birds heaomarge they can die ate they gonna buy me new Bird if he had died or pay vet bills .my question is will they accept a incident happened it was never about the money of cage but £5/£7 don't even pay consult fee or petrol to the vets .Bird ppl I recommended u don't buy this cage they are hazard. Whilst mano mano have been amazing I give mano mano 5 stars but not the mancfuctor of cage 1 star
I purchased three soaker hoses from Manomano. Unfortunately these did not work effectively and so I contacted MM to raise a complaint.
I was told the items had been supplied by another company which sounded to be UK based. However this company transpired to be a Chinese business.
I was asked to provide evidence of the fault which I did. The requests for more particulars continued and I continued to respond.
After 4 weeks of back and forth exchanges I contacted MM directly to complain that I was getting no where with the Chinese company.
I pointed out that I had paid MM and therefore wanted MM to deal with my complaint
This was done via email and was courteous and mention was made to me of a concrete guarantee
This sounded very promising.
As I write this another month has passed and I still have not received a refund.
Also I was asked to package the existing products in preparation for there collection and return to the supplier. The box has been in my porch for some three weeks now and has still not been collected.
I continue to receive emails from MM ( different people ) reference was made to the concrete guarantee several times but nothing has happened.
Rather oddly I receive an email from people at MM asking me to respond to previous questions however no questions have been raised.
Today I received an email from MM saying that as they had not heard from me ( I emailed them 24 hours earlier) they were going to close their files.
Honestly this is one of the worse experiences of customer care I have ever experienced.It feels to me to be a process designed to wear people down and get them to ‘give up’.
I shall not be purchasing anything from MM again as ‘life is too short ‘ .
One star is too much for this APPALING company and its customer service. Purchased a hammock on April 4th and payment was made directly to ManoMano, the hammock did not arrive as specified and in fact was never received. What started as an email enquiry to their customer services continued for a long time as a "merry go round", with emails from ManoMano and their suppliers. There were numerous mentions of concrete guarantees and a refund but nothing ever transpired. During that time ManoMano mentioned the companies Lemon Pavilion and Pink Sky Trading as suppliers, which resulted in communication from them. That communication was also extremely poorly executed and consisted of both rubbish excuses and contradictory explanations. ManoMano failed to realise that it was them that took the money but persisted in bombarding us with emails that had no commitment in the content, it is my belief that they were just wearing us down. In the end we had to seek outside advice to retrieve the money. Would I ever buy from ManoMano, Lemon Pavilion or Pink Sky Trading again? NO NEVER STAY WELL CLEAR. As a footnote we still have all of the correspondance.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM MANOMANO!
I ordered a basin, waste and taps from this company. I took the advice of the online ‘expert’ when placing my order as to which waste was suitable for the basin I was ordering. When it arrived, the waste he had recommended was clearly unsuitable for the basin (it was slotted and I needed an unslotted waste). I contacted MANOMANO to explain and ask for a refund/exchange. They said they would sort it out. This was a week ago and they have still not arranged a refund/return/exchange. I have now had to buy a suitable waste from another company. I have sent multiple emails every day and they keep asking me the same questions but have still resolved nothing. The value is £9.99. I have a feeling they are just stalling and hope I will just go away.
BE WARNED, THIS COMPANY HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR TAKE THEIR ‘EXPERT’ ONLINE ADVICE.
UPDATE: The taps I ordered at the same time as the above never arrived. I have now raised a dispute with MANOMANO with my credit card company for the unsuitable basin waste as MANOMANO flatly refused in the end (after many many emails from me, resent multiple times, giving them ALL the details) to offer me a refund or exchange as they said that they had no record of the online chat I had with their ‘expert’. I did not have a record either as I didn’t think it necessary to record an online chat, but if you use this service (I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO!) make sure you screenshot any online chats you have as they will deny they ever happened. I HAVE HAD A FEW BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES BUT MANOMANO HAS TO BE THE WORST. Their response emails are infuriating and do not answer your questions but keep asking you to send the same information that you have already sent them and say that they are still waiting for a response from you!
PLEASE DON’T MAKE MY MISTAKE AND WASTE YOUR TIME USING MANOMANO, FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER.
Although I am an English man, currently in England, Alessia communicated with me in English and, hopefully, we have resolved the delivery issue.
