An amazing store. Their website is excellent. I had to phone and check something - again, received excellent service by someone who knew what they were talking about. I placed an order and the goods were received promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. Received the alerts on my phone to say what time to expect the delivery. Arrived at the allotted time and the delivery agent was absolutely lovely. She was extremely professional, very polite and respectful.

Service was great, speedy delivery to my local store…. The only downside was the items was ordered on line and the system is such that the Cashier said it wasn’t possible to add the points to my Advantage card when I collected the item. :(.

Easy and convenient option, particularly if need to send a card ‘on the go’. It’s also great if you want to make a card with an uploaded photograph. Stickers and ‘handwritten’ options are a great addition. Only issue is the time it takes to get to the recipient. Timescale given on the Moonpig website wasn’t met but that may well be down to the postal service Moonpig have to use.

Used Moonpig numerous times. So easy to navigate. I set my account to different countries which has let me celebrate friend’s birthday’s worldwide at the cost of local postage! Its flexibility has let me upload pictures whilst on holiday and send cards from a sun-bed by the pool. What is there not to like!

Greek Island Hopping, with Newmarket Holidays. MS Hemera. Great crew BUT……. Total disappointment, photos of the boat advertised on the website are NOTHING like the reality. AVOID AT ALL COST! Really disappointed that people are not being shown the true aspect of the accommodation they are purchasing. Air con didn’t work. Cabins are very tired. Need redecorating / upgrading. And they are tiny! All self service and ‘grab your own plate’. Grab a knife & fork, then find somewhere to sit. No niceties like place mats / table settings. Limited places to be seated at a table to eat, so sitting with a meal on your lap. Only enough sun loungers for less that 50% of guests!

Parcel from Boden was delivered covered in oil! This had seeped through onto the contents inside. Had to ring Boden, send pictures and explain what happened.
Appalling that it was delivered in this state!!

Brilliant service. Shop open till late so no constraints with trying to get there between 9-5pm (when I'm at work). Receipt given so no issues there. Great way to return goods. Staff at Edwards very helpful and obliging.
