Vincent, the agent went out of his way to help me. His attention to detail was excellent. As a solo traveller, it can be difficult to get a realistic price. He obtained business class flights as required, as the return flight wasn't acceptable to him, he arranged for an extra night in a hotel post cruise, to give me a better experience. The class of suite I requested wasn't available but Imagine negotiated to get a better one at no extra cost. Brilliant!

I ordered a dishwasher as I was expecting guests and my existing dishwasher was playing up. I needed to have the new machine ASAP and delivery was arranged for the following day. The delivery man was brilliant, so helpful and polite.

I have used this service many times over the years. There are five vehicles in the household and driving in and around London, can sometimes to lead to unintentional hazards and obstacles resulting in damage to tyres, either through punctures or damage to the wall of the tyres. The technical assistance provided by customer services is excellent, explaining the specifications without being patronising. I always use the same garage- PTA in Shirley and they are a friendly crew with a helpful attitude. First class all round.
