A simple but stressful experience

On the whole the process was simple, though somewhat scary as uploading very personal documents onto my phone is something I never normally do. It would be helpful to know which document are required before you start as stopping to search for each one caused some stress in case the app times out.
What happens if you have to return with a missing document.

Small floor covering

I needed a small piece of floor covering for my shed 6×4 nothing expensive just something to smarten the floor. The young man in Dan's carpet and flooring shop edgware. Gave me yes gave me some off cut and a blade to cut them. Most impressed. I would recommend this shop for their helpful way i was helped. I will use them when I do need larger flooring

Websie easy to navigate.
Placing an order to paying was straightforward.
I was given the option to change the delivery date and it arrive as arranged.
The rug is beautuful to look at and a feels good. Happy to recommend it.

When i place my order I was assured I…4th November



When i place my order I was assured I would receive this before Christmas with a tentative date if 16th December.
I was told not to have my existing settees removed until I had a
confirmed delivery date.
I got a confirmation for the 16th so I had my furniture removed. The 16th
came and only the coffee table is
delivered. I rechecked for delivery date no date given
I am sitting on a deck chair.
I have called the customer services
department who apparently
SONEONE will phone me in 72 hours.
NOT HELPFUL. Do not trust promise of delivery date
I need to know what us happening as I have guest coming for Christmas.

The staff the environment .

Still waiting for refund.

Still waiting for refund.
First transaction supposedly was void due to poor connection, however it did go through . The store was unable to fulfil the order as agreed so I cancelled following there call later that day.. No refund for either transaction.
Meanwhile I'm overdrawn . Totally unacceptable.
Store are able to take payments immediately but you have to wait.
Very poor show ,Brent Cross Store staff not helpful in anyway.

Well overall I will use Suttons again.yes

Well overall I will use Suttons again.
However when placing and order honesty about delivery time is most important.
But cancelling part of my order was not met with any resistance , an apology was given and money refunded immediately. This went a long way for good customer relations. Both telephone staff very courteous.
