This was a brilliant tour. The waterfall is a gorgeous site & much more than a simple waterfall. It was a lovely walk & so pretty. Glad we saw it in winter, without people in the actual water! Guadal... See more

Wonderful tour guide and overall experience!
Our tour to Bruges and Ghent was truly the highlight of our trip to Belgium. Our tour guide, Julian, was knowledgeable, charismatic, and entertaining. He made sure that everyone was cared for and accounted for, and he was willing to answer any/all questions that were posed. We especially appreciated his various recommendations about what to do in each spot. The balance of guided tour vs free time was perfect!
Great Experience
It was a great experience for my team and I. Pablo being the English tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history, culture and he had a great sense of humour. I would definitely recommend Buendia ( Pablo Tour Guide) for anyone I know coming to Belgium. Thanks for the great experience.

Never in your ever life opt for this…
Never in your ever life opt for this tour services. I would have given 0 stars if possible. The whole process of registering went smooth but after that it was disastrous. We had to walk 1 mile to reach the bus itself and our tour guide "Sabrina" was very careless. She took as to Brugges (Belgium) first. We had 2 elderly people with us and we knew we had to walk a lot but our tour guide didn't wait for us and kept on going on and on we lost track of our tour group several times and with the elderly people we had to go slow. When we finally found her we informed her about the problem and told her that my grandmother had a problemwith her knee but it was no use. Next when we reached Ghent, we had to walk a total of 15km and both my grandparents were totally tired. It was so bad we couldn't find the guide and my grandmother in a very heartbreaking case, passed on due to exhaustion. If you have any kid or elderly with you or even someone with problem in their heart or legs, please dont go with them, this is a heartfelt review and i am looking out for you. I do really care about the people out there so be safe, don't opt Buendia. I wrote this review while crying, i am totally frank with you all...

Everything was according to expected
Everything was according to expected. The order of where we would go was inverted, but it was even better to finish the trip with the dragon stone! The guide was great! He know when and what to say, and was very sweet. Great experience!
Perfect introduction to Lisboa!!
We recently did a walking food tour in Lisbon with Buen Dia Tours and had an incredible experience! Our guide, Rui, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about the city’s history and culinary culture.
He expertly blended Lisbon’s rich past with delicious local flavors, making every stop feel both educational and indulgent. From traditional pastries to savory bites and unique local drinks, every tasting was memorable. Rui’s deep knowledge of the neighborhoods, architecture, and history brought the city to life in a way we couldn’t have experienced on our own.
This tour was a highlight of our time in Portugal. If you’re visiting Lisbon and want a perfect mix of food, culture, and storytelling, we highly recommend Buen Dia Tours—and definitely ask for Rui!
Terrible tour guide with no sense of fairness
We had a terrible experience with this company. There is absolutely no sense of fairness. When we were boarding the bus for the first time, they naturally wanted to let one elderly person on the bus first. Five other people "accompanied" this person to cut the queue. Then, we had a 3-year-old son, so they allowed only one of the parents (but not the other) on the bus next. When we specifically asked why, they said they can only allow one parent. What is worse, one of the ladies in the first group squeezed the arms of my wife and son with her long nails, leaving clear marks on their arms, to prevent them from sitting in a particular place. When we let the tour guide, Diego, know, instead of warning the ladies or rectifying the situation, he threatened all of us, saying, "I don't care who started a quarrel, everyone involved will be thrown off the bus." The unfairness continued throughout the day. We waited more than 15 minutes to leave Bruges because one family didn't show up. Nobody, including us, said anything as it is understandable for people to confuse roads and be a bit late. Then, in Ghent, we were 7 minutes late, and the bus had already left! We called the tour number, but nobody responded. I would understand the bus leaving if the same standard were applied in Bruges, but it wasn't. Even if the bus couldn't wait in one place, the tour guide could have waited longer while the bus circled around or the tour guide could at least have called us (or emailed us) to check on us. Instead, they just left.
We had to go to the train station with our 3-year-old son and take the train just because they couldn't wait for us. It was an extremely stressful and costly experience.
This is one of the worst tour experiences we've ever had. I strongly recommend you avoid this tour.

Terrible tour, stay away from it
My family and I attended the Ghent and Brugge Tour from Brussels in June 2025. Our guide was Diego. He was terrible. He was unprofessional and unfair. First, he first let five adults accompany only one senior. Then, when he came to us, he did not let my husband and me accompany our three-year-old son. He said only one of us can enter the bus with our three-year-old son, and the other parent must wait. When I confronted him, he blamed me and threatened to kick me and my family out of the tour. Interestingly, the six-person group he let pass in front of us just because they had only one senior spoke Spanish, like Diego. Second, our first personal time was in Brugge, and he waited more than 15 minutes for other families to come to the bus. Our second personal time was in Ghent, and we missed the tour bus because we were 7 minutes late. Why does he wait more than 15 minutes for other people and only 5 minutes for us? We paid the same price, and it is easy to be late 5-10 minutes if you have a toddler. My family and I had to take a train back home and spent 30 euros extra just because he could not wait 7 minutes. Finally, the next morning, they texted us and said that “we must return their radios before 8:30 on the same day because they have other tours that will start at 8:30.” After leaving us in Ghent, they have the audacity to make demands. They could have said please drop off our radios when you can. But instead, say, do it now because we need it. We also needed our return ride back home, but they felt zero responsibility for it. They did not even apologize for leaving us. They did not even explain why they left us, just demanded us to return their radios right away. They don’t care about their clients. That’s clear. They only care about their radios. Maybe, next time someone is late, they can wait, not for their clients, but for their radios. As a result, we had a terrible experience. I wish I could give them zero star instead of one. This is the first time I give such a low score for a tour. Don’t book Buendia Tours.

A very fruitful trip
A very fruitful trip. Ricardo is knowledgeable and he was very helpful during the trip. Enjoy so much with my partner!
Pleasant experience
The guide and driver were very friendly and guide was really pleasant and professional, he is an expert in his job.
Guide was 30 minutes late no apology
Guide was 30 minutes late for Ghent guided walking tour, contact centre did not pick up calls. 15 people waiting were eventually told the guide was on his way. Meant to have a black umbrella to identify him, he did not. Boat tour was not booked for a specific time which would have been logical given the short tour. Guide was interesting when he finally arrived.

Disorganized and Disappointing Experience
I do not recommend this company for many reasons. They show no responsibility and are very slow to respond — I waited the whole day for a reply and got no help. It all started with a confusing meeting point between two identical fountains. We stood near the wrong one, and by the time we walked to the correct spot, the tour had already left — they didn’t even wait five minutes. The guides refused to let us join at the next stop and told us to wait two hours instead.
The itinerary did not match what was promised. At Pena Palace, we expected some free time to explore the gardens, but the guide said we were leaving right away. I told him I’d stay, and he agreed — but didn’t give me the entrance ticket I had already paid for. As a result, I couldn’t visit any other sites on the grounds.
This tour was a huge disappointment. Poor organization, lack of support, and false promises. Think twice before booking.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, 10/10 on the supoort online the gave me, and management on the full process had been perfect
It was a long day but varied and…
It was a long day but varied and interesting. We nearly got lost in the fog at Covadonga Lakes but we saw some cows and met some interesting travelling companions. Ana was informative and made every effort to explain information about the sites in English and Epi our driver was so skilled navigating those single lane bends against oncoming mobile homes and other vehicles. An all round exciting day! Highly recommended!
