The young lady, Laura, was most helpful. Answered all of my queries with aplomb and certainty, so fully aware of all aspects of her subject.
The person I spoke with was very helpful and efficient.
Ticket 2242752. Nobert solved the problem with my new Router.The router itself had not been set up correctly before dispatch to me. Nobert new what the issue was and was able to insert the correct passwords. I could not have solved this problem myself.

I would like to thank Sophia for her care and attention to detail in discussing the renewal of my contract soon to expire. She examined various alternatives to identify the closest match to my current contract. I had questions about the inclusive call options, which she researched and explained what was available. Overall, I am very satisfied, and this is yet another efficient and successful interaction I have had with Fleur Telecom.
Having had an error filed order get mucked up I had the joy of finding Grant in their CS team. He was clear, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He solved the issues and we concluded that no upgrade service could fix our poor internet problem - honesty is so important and it manages our expectations. So Fleur, give this man a bonus and look after him.

Have been with Fleur for many years since Talk Talk passed all their rural business to Fleur. Fleur has provided an excellent service at all times over the past 10 years or so for me. Spoke to Adrian today to go through a new contract with Fleur for my landline and broadband. Adrian was most informative and listened carefully to my requirements, As Talk Talk are now closing their mobile service down am now going to move my mobile service to Fleur as well. Looking forward to many more years of service with Fleur. Cannot fault them in any way.

Ever since Fleurtelecom took us over from Talk Talk I stopped dreading the prospect of having to ask for my last name to be spelt correctly.
