Terrible customer/technical service!
Have not had Internet for almost a week. Have had to phone every day to get an update, just to be told 'it's a mass outage' which couldn't be explained to me, wasn't allowed to speak to a line manager and refused to book an Openreach engineer.
Left my mobile number to get updates and nothing today.
Good bye, I'm moving to a better provider!!!

My internet has been off for some time. Sarah was amazingly helpful and offered practical advice. She was very patient when explaining what I needed to do and stayed on the line while I carried out her instructions.
Sarah knew what she was doing and was very supportive and helpful. I had thought if leaving Fleur Telecom due to past incompetence but have decided to stay because of Sarah’s manner and knowledge

Sarah was the technician to whom I spoke today. A fault had developed with the Voip to my phone. All had been working fine until yesterday when my line registered busy when a friend tried to call. Transpired a hiccup in the system due to a failed port action. I thought my temporary number would become my permanent one. Sarah resolved the problem very quickly and efficiently.
I've found whenever you need technical support it is forthcoming. Thank you Fleur technical support.

Sarah was a great help with the final 'porting' of our ongoing home telephone number when we had full fibre installed - the new router had to be reprogrammed typing in several codes using our tablet connected to the internet - she was patient, precise with her instructions which made a quite complicated procedure seem easy! It worked first time. Customer service with UK based Fleur Telecom is good - the way it should be - you can get them on the phone quite quickly - unlike many of its competitors who quite frankly offer a very poor or non existent customer service!

After many many phone calls to get our fibre broadband completed with no success, I was put through to Will in Orders who sorted the whole fiasco out for us. I can’t praise nor thank him enough, an asset to Fleur Telecom. He also kept us updated all the way .

When I first got in touch with Fleur Telecom to report a fault with our landline & internet, the customer service was utterly useless. It dragged on without any positive action taken, & my elderly parents were left without a landline for almost a fortnight.
Fortunately I then spoke with Sarah, who was an absolute megastar & had the problem fixed by an engineer within a couple of days. She explained everything thoroughly, & offered advice on how to get a better package at less cost.
So very grateful to Sarah for her exceptional customer service. She turned a frustrating 1* fiasco into a 5* experience.
