Needs to be more competitive with the prices, was insured with you last year and so I thought you would be better value but not so, I got much better deals elsewhere.

Hasting premier came in £150 less than my previous provider for the same level of cover. Very easy to set up, all done online and email and quick to send policy through. Highly recommend.

It was relatively easy to arrange my car insurance. Could I have got it cheaper elsewhere, possibly, but Hastings is a well-known company and therefore regarded as a safe option.

Your system when followed by a new home insurance customer is quite daunting, & sadly so is your signing in for direct access, but once mastered & signed in, becomes quite a simple system.

Not the lest expensive insurance however it covered what we needed ,also the online information is very straight forward and easy to manage.The follow up was quick and informative.

Hastings you out did yourself, the app is easy to instal and user friendly. The you drive tracking tab got to me on time and to set up was easy as described in the video.
