Very disappointed with Bosch, all our appliances are Bosch. Since new they have been insured with Domestic & General. Under the policy a new replacement product should be issued. For the third time our dishwashers hot water is not working, Therefore everything has to be dried after the programme has finished. My partner phoned to book another appointment after 20 minutes held in a queue another appointment was booked. My partner was transferred to a different Department to make an official complaint where she was kept in a queue for about 30 minutes when the called was cut off.
Sorry I cannot see find reviewer to answer your question, please send me a link.

Still waiting for cash back promotion which is way beyond the deadline of the promotion. Beginning to think it was a scam. I keep being told it will arrive but the tracker says not sent. Probably won’t buy Bosch again.
I purchased a Bosch dishwasher (model SMS6ZDW48G/38) at the end of November 2023 and have regretted it ever since. From day one, the build quality has been poor — flimsy fittings that constantly fall apart and disappointing cleaning performance. Now, less than two years later, the appliance has completely failed and is showing an error code.
An engineer attended (who was excellent and very professional) and confirmed the fault lies with the Zeolith chamber heater — a failure that even he said would cause surprise on a model of this age and specification. Bosch themselves apparently wouldn’t expect this issue on such a new appliance, which makes it all the more frustrating.
The repair process is shocking. I’ve been told the entire dishwasher must be stripped down, taking at least three hours and possibly longer. It’s not a simple repair — it means an all-day appointment where I must be present, unable to work, losing income, and with a real risk of damage to my brand-new kitchen flooring. The engineer warned that the kitchen will be completely out of bounds during the process.
For a supposedly premium brand charging over £600, this level of product failure and inconvenience is unacceptable. I expected reliability and quality — not a complete breakdown and an all-day dismantling job within 24 months of purchase.
Bosch, you need to take accountability for your products and the massive disruption caused to your customers. I wouldn’t recommend this appliance or experience to anyone.

+Tried to register warranty on Garden Vac. Spent over an hour going round in circles. You can find where the required numbers are on your appliiance from info on their website. BUT they are not there. The serial number is on the BOX and the other number is neither on the box or machine. The company replied to my previous review the answer was complete nonsense. I can only assume the person answering the reviews has never seen the product or does not speak English . I have given up . This company make good products but their warranty registration is not fit for purpose. Perhaps German companies dont like warranty claims which issomething I have experienced with my Mercedes car.
Bought all Bosch appliances for my kitchen refurb but I've only used the dishwasher about 20 times since moving back in 6 months ago. That's because the integrated door fitting has broken 3 times as the shoddy plastic fitting that is meant to hold it on keeps snapping, meaning I cannot open the door and the fitting has to be replaced. Twice Builders Depot had to get me the replacement part from Bosch. Literally all I do is open the door and the plastic piece breaks. This time I called Bosch spare parts myself and gave my Enr etc and the customer service guy said part number for the part I need is 00618833 and to order it and pay for it on the Bosch website. Not happy, it's only a few months old, why am I already paying for broken parts? Then when I tried to order it on the website it said the part I was told to get was not compatible with my model which is SMH4HVX00G/65. I've also only used the dishwasher about 20 times, because either the door is broken or when I do use it many glasses get broken because the top cups shelf. can't take an ordinary size tumbler and they all hit each other when you slide the shelf in and out. That's why I've been resorting to washing up by hand all the time. Didn't have any problem with my last Neff dishwasher. Terrible design, useless product, non-stop hassle. Don't buy this Bosch dishwasher.

My Bosch kettle is 2 years 8 months old. It’s plastic, I have had plastic kettles before. I have never had such a noisy one or one where the plastic started to disintegrate and around the lid. I only noticed this on close inspection and became alarmed that we had been ingesting small particles of plastic with every tea and coffee every day. I approached Bosch several times, they couldn’t have been more disinterested. I explained I wasn’t after money and certainly not a replacement, but felt their boffins should check it out for safety reasons. I couldn’t get them to understand this and all they kept repeating was that it was out of its 2 yr warranty, which I knew.
I am keeping hold of this ghastly piece of equipment in case someone somewhere is ever interested.
I have photos too.
You can see how interested they are from the response. Bots.

Purchased a Bosch Hob Model 00746540 in black, looks beautiful and had it for 3-4 years only recently the Pan Support cracked in 2.
Can’t believe this is as this is supposed to be made off cast iron,So,Bosch customer service tell me & that the warranty has expired.
The pan support is on the back of the hob and hardly used & you can clearly see the rust in the crack.
Sent a email to Bosch customer service and sent me a link to purchase the item for £90.
I will take this matter further up the chain if not replaced as this should never happen. I will let you know the outcome.

Bought a Bosch washing machine and it does not wash clothes properly at all. They stink. Bosch are no help whatever.
I rang and they sent a man who went through my cupboards and was talking about me in his work group chat (I saw the notifications on his tablet) all they say is there is nothing wrong with the machine. They sent another guy out who said the same, all they do is push a sales pitch on you for their cleaners and say 30 degrees doesn’t wash clothes on any machine. Which is another lie.
I paid £800 for a washing machine that does not wash clothes and they will not help. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced all they care about is money not that they are selling faulty products to people.
They are refusing to solve the problem with me or the store I bought it from.
Do not buy anything from Bosch!!!!!!

What’s the point in registering an appliance with this company !!???,
If a glass door panel on an expensive Bosch oven comes away from its mountings within the two year period , you would think there is a fault in the process.
Well ours did exactly this , no problem , the product is registered with Bosch and all the details and purchase information are in place , well get it fixed under the Bosch two year appliance guarantee, ah no,
On calling Bosch for repair it was explained that when the engineer arrives you have to provide the receipt from the original purchase or you will be charged a call out fee , repair and parts costs ( in this case a few hundred quid) ,
Now one would think that having already supplied date of purchase , code numbers of appliance etc this would suffice for the standard 2 year guarantee ,
especially when the fault was an obvious manufacturer issue , obviously not, you must hunt the house down for the original receipt or cough up for repair ,I’ve spent thousands of pounds on Bosch appliances in a belief of quality and service , sadly to be found wanting.
I undertook the repair myself ,£40 and problem solved.

I bought a bosch dishwasher and American fridge at the same time back in 2023. Both appliances had issues within the warranty period! The dishwasher was replaced by the retailer but the replacement had also issues which was fixed by Bosch. Then the fridge light blew. It was fixed initially but after 1 and half years the light blew again! When i informed bosch that the same issue has reoccured they wanted to charge me for a replacement light and the call out fee. NOT what you expect from a so called premium brand. Furthermore the customer service is awful with the manager contradicting their customer service!
Unacceptable customer service and not a recommended brand.

Bosch tumble drier banging on drum rotation. Rang for out of warranty repair. Advised call out £109 includes parts and if beyond repair will get £60 credit on new machine. Engineer sent to wrong address, turns out parts not included, only £50 credit if not fixed. Parts are extra £152.13 plus call out £109. Call Manager denied what staff said in the call and won’t supply recording for “legalistic” reasons. Lifelong Bosch customer with 6 appliances currently… never again.
Sent a coffee machine back 3 times with same fault, within 1 month. Bosch upgraded the machine which went wrong within 2 weeks, They then refused a refund. So we stuck with a useless machine. DO NOT USE BOSCH

Finally got through to Bosch. Apparently, a 2 year lifespan is acceptable for a Bosch vaccum cleaner as we now have to pay for a technician to vist and repair.

Series 2 microwave, 3 months old began sparking and producing smoke. Tried customer support - no answer after 30 minutes holding. No chat tab despite text saying so. Literally no way of getting hold of them. Have a kitchen full of Bosch products - hope I don't have any more problems!

Had an issue with our boiler and these guys fixed it asap. Smooth process with customer service, and they even brought our appointment forward when an earlier date became available. A lot of bad reviews on here, but I'm happy with the service.

I can't get out of the Memory mode and it's currently useless.
Unless microwave programming is your hobby, buy something else.
Waited a week for a visit and all he did was start a wash, tell us to phone him if problem persisted at drain / spin stage. We had shown him a video of problem showing washing machine with error code, beeping and full of water. He told us he had 9 calls to make and only 30
mins per call. We phoned him as advised once wash didn’t complete but he didn’t answer, then switched his phone off, then we got an email stating no fault could be found. Will not buy Bosch again if this is their level of customer service. Machine is only 15 months old.
***Update: Almost 3 weeks after booking a repair, we are still without a washing machine. Bosch sent somebody on 30 October who identified the fault and ordered two parts and said the machine would be fixed on 6 November. Following me writing the first review above, Bosch told me they would not again send us the engineer they sent on 25 October. However, on 6 November we got a call from that engineer and when I asked was he the same engineer who came on 25 October, he cut me off and promptly updated the tracking to say the job had been completed. He didn’t even come to the house! I have contacted Bosch and they accept that they made a mistake sending the same engineer back to us but, despite their error, they can’t send anyone now until 18 November. They take no accountability at all for their error. The adviser put me through to a senior person at Bosch who told me that they are not regulated, that they have no complaints procedure other than talking to a senior person such as him, he said that I will get nothing for the launderette costs incurred, that I am not covered for any consequential losses and that their terms state they can take as long as they want to fix appliances. He told me they won’t send the same engineer who has twice let us down but we were told that previously so have lost all faith in Bosch. I was also told appointments are allocated on a first come first served basis with NO additional allocation for these scenarios, hence a further 12 day wait. I explained my Mother lives with me and that she has a brain tumour and stage 4 kidney disease but none of it mattered. To say Bosch are not customer service orientated is the understatement of the century! I am going to speak to John Lewis as they offer these warranties on Bosch electrical purchases and they are simply not fit for purpose.

I've had a fridge/freezer, Bosch, for a few years and it's worked OK. Recently water appeared under the unit which turned out to be a blocked condensate tube from the fridge to a container on the motor which evaporates the collected water. A simple procedure, on most machines ,but not a Bosch. They have used a tray initially to collect the water before it enters the plastic container on the motor. Unfortunately this is behind the pipework so there in no way to access it to remove stale, smelly and very dirty water in this tray. I contacted Customer Service who have been totally useless. Their solution is to call out one of their engineers, even though the problem is caused by their design fault, at a cost of £130. If he cannot fix it ???, then they will charge me his call-out fee. How could he not remove the pipework for an easy clean. So if you are considering buying a fridge/freezer I would suggest look at this system on other machines and pick a reputable one that has this maintenance item covered for customer ease of use. Buying a Bosch will only incur this expenditure in the future, giving Bosch a nice little earner for an inbuilt design fault.
