Mala experiencia con LogiTravel Mala experiencia con LogiTravel, mi pareja no puede volar por razones médicas, nos pusimos en contacto con LogiTravel para reservar un viaje de su vida y sabíamos que debería haber sido mejor hacerlo de esta manera en lugar de reservar varios viajes con diferentes agentes. Vivimos en Fuerteventura en las Islas Canarias y nuestro viaje debería ser el siguiente. Reservamos un ferry de Fuerteventura a Lanzarote, luego tomamos otro ferry desde Lanzarote a Cádiz. Después de una noche en Cádiz tomamos el tren a Madrid. Luego tomamos un tren a Barcelona. Después de una noche en Barcelona, ambos debíamos tomar un tren a Francia y luego otro tren a Londres, luego a Southampton, donde se suponía que ambos debíamos conseguir el primero de 3 cruceros que reservamos con Iris Molinero en Logitravel en Palma de Mallorca El primer crucero fue desde Southampton a Nueva York. El segundo fue de Nueva York a Cabo Cañaveral y el tercero desde Cabo Cañaveral a Barcelona. Iris nos dijo que podríamos desembarcar del segundo crucero en Cape Cañaveral a pesar de que regresaba a Nueva York. Nos preocupamos por esto y después de varios correos electrónicos, Iris nos envió un correo electrónico confirmando 100% que era posible hacerlo. La mañana que salíamos de Barcelona recibimos otro correo electrónico de Iris en Logitravel para decir que había habido un error y que no pudimos desembarcar en Cabo Cañaveral para regresar el crucero a Barcelona. En este punto, aunque todos los trenes y hoteles estaban reservados y pagados por mi pareja, decidió que era imposible para ella poder ir de viaje. Cuidado con lo que te dicen
Bad experience with logitravel, my partner is unable to fly because of medical reasons, we contacted logitravel to book a trip of a lifetime and knew it should of been better doing it this way rather than booking several trips with different agents .
We live in Fuerteventura in the canary islands and our trip should of been the following. We booked a ferry from Fuerteventura to lanzarote ,we then got another ferry from lanzarote to Cadiz.
After a night in Cadiz we got the train to Madrid. We then got a train to Barcelona. After a night in Barcelona we was both due to get a train to France and then another train to London then on to Southampton where we was both supposed to be getting the first of 3 cruises we booked with Iris Molinero at Logitravel in Palma de Mallorca
The first cruise was from Southampton to new york.
The second was from new York to cape canaveral and the third from cape canaveral to Barcelona.
We was told by Iris that we would be able to disembark from the 2nd cruise at cape canaveral even though it was returning back to new york. We was concerned about this and after several emails Iris sent us an email confirming 100% it was possible to do so.
The morning we was leaving Barcelona we received another email from Iris at Logitravel to say there had been a mistake and we was unable to disembark at cape canaveral to get the cruise back to Barcelona.
At this point even though the trains and hotels were all booked and paid for my partner decided that it was impossible for her to be able to go on the trip. Be careful with what they tell you

Booking a package to PortAventura is impossible

I've been trying to book a package vacation to PortAventura for over 3 weeks. Every time the website displays a generic error message when I try to make the payment and confirm the booking. I've called Logi Travel and keep being told things like the website isn't working, try again later, I've used the e-mail address too many times, use another e-mail. Use different browsers, book different train times, etc. When Logi Travel sends me a link to complete the booking, it never works either and ends with a generic error message. I think I've tried to book this at least 40-50 times now. I'm not sure why booking a package vacation in 2025 is so difficult. The website should NOT display trains that aren't available, hotels that aren't available, or additional options like transport that aren't available if this is the reason behind it not being bookable.

Do not use!!

Do not use!!! We booked a trip to PortAvenutura World in July 2025 and had to contact them to find out how to pay! Not easy to get in touch with them and had to send email. They sent an email with a link to pay, ring up or pay directly into their bank. The third option made us very nervous so we decided to ring and pay by credit card as the link never worked despite them resending the information. We contacted the number on the booking reference and this number didn’t work, so we had to google the number and unfortunately their website had been cloned and resulted in £1,000s being taken from our credit card. We cancelled the holiday as it was too risky trying to to pay securely, we tried desperately to explain the situation to their help desks but cockle not get an accurate response. We are always told not to pay direct into bank accounts but this was their only option. They kept our £800 deposit. We raised a complaint with them and no response and then raised it with ABTA but they didn’t respond to them either! I would definitely not recommend!

JUST DON'T

Melia hotels use Melia Escapes and in turn Logitravel to manage their package bookings.
We had and continue to have a nightmare with this so, I can only say, don’t use this service and the hotel package option.

Our booking was for a trip in May and we remain out of pocket by €105.51 and only have offer from Melia to address this, which was less than this and with no consideration or recompense of the impact caused.
Why would we accept less than we have had to pay ? Equally, I am shocked that this is the level of service that you would deem is acceptable and would aspire to.

As there are medical considerations and high anxiety around travelling, much is always planned and booked in advance to ensure smooth outcomes. It is fair that issues arise, but these should be managed much more professionally and these issues seem to be fully as a result of issues from Melia.

On arrival at the Lanzarote airport, we had a very speedy passage through customs and bag collection, which was great as there were flight delays – which often happen. We were essentially the first off the plane and through to collection. However, we could not find a driver for the agreed transfer. I called Melia and was informed they would check to see where the supplier was. A time later, I called again to seek an update and was told first that transfer information would have been sent to my WhatsApp. (That is a bit of an assumption that I would have WhatsApp – luckily I do). But there was and are no communications there. I was then told to go “upstairs” (which is for departures) and “someone” would tell us where transfers would be. I asked the info desk and apparently these are to the right of the building, but we asked all the people parked there and no-one had a clue what we were asking about.

I called Melia again and now was told that the transfer had been cancelled. No-one knows who and why, but the transfer was now not going to happen. I should take a taxi and this would be refunded at some point.
We joined the now VERY long queue and did eventually get to the hotel. But very much later than planned and we had to cancel our booked arrival dinner.

Given the issues , I was very concerned of any repeat for the return trip. I called Melia on a couple of occasions to confirm this and was offered reassurance that all would be well and it was repeatedly verified and an additional voucher sent with full details of the transfer. At 1400 on the day of departure, as this could not be checked earlier, I looked to validate the booking using the link, only to find this had been cancelled.
I called the provider, as instructed, and they informed us that the booking had been cancelled by the travel company, Melia Escapes. I guess you can imaging our further frustration. I arranged a local taxi to ensure we made the flight on time.

This email at customerservice.meliaescapes @ logitravelgroup works but you often get emails from customerservice @ logitravelgroup. which does not allow response to them, which adds to the frustration as you can imagine. However, if you call Melia Escapes customer service on +442030363706 then you get to a friendly and supportive team for the first call. But they can do nothing other than pass to the claims team, who NEVER respond / call back or seem to care and you cannot escalate to a manager, as they are “not there” or cannot be contacted and an often offered call back or email from “Maria Joel” (if that is the actual manager) simply does not materialise.

We are now moving towards September. I have called Melia on a weekly basis and still have no resolution.
BE AWARE, BE WARY AND FIND BETTER OPTIONS. Meila Escapes simply show no customer care at all.
I am shocked that this is the level of service that you would deem is acceptable and would aspire to.

The review is on logitravel.co.uk now though all emails have been from .com.

I still await an outcome from logitravel.co.uk after 4 days more. All emails are .com so is it not really meant to be addressed at this level ?

Still waiting. I guess it will now need to be raised to ABTA. Atrocious.

And now it’s September 2nd. Nothing.
I gave now raised this with ABTA and they are looking into it.

after previous review i got a phone number asking me to send my bank details so they can send my refund to my bank which i did but no confirmation they recieved the details so at the moment no further advanced with refund.ref 1182608143 . george edwaards

PT: Reservei uma viagem a Marrocos através desta agência, com muita atenção às imagens e condições apresentadas. O que me prometeram foi um quarto confortável em pensão completa — o que recebi foi um apartamento com condições degradadas, cheiro desagradável, sem qualquer semelhança com as fotos no site.

Tentei contactar o apoio ao cliente várias vezes durante a viagem: foram lentos, inúteis e desresponsabilizaram-se de tudo. Em vez de ajudar, disseram-me que "eu sabia ao que ia" — mentira, e altamente desrespeitoso.

O hotel recusou ajudar, alegando nem sequer trabalhar com esta agência. Fiquei sem almoço numa excursão (mesmo em pensão completa), e ainda me tentaram cobrar consumos que já tinha pago.

Nunca tive uma experiência tão desorganizada, enganosa e frustrante com uma agência.
Não recomendo. Se puderem, evitem esta empresa.
ENG: I booked a trip to Morocco through this agency, paying close attention to the images and conditions shown. What I was promised was a comfortable room with full board — what I received was a run-down apartment, with an unpleasant smell and no resemblance to the photos on the website.

I tried contacting customer support several times during the trip: they were slow, unhelpful, and took no responsibility. Instead of assisting, they told me I “knew what I was getting” — which is false and extremely disrespectful.

The hotel refused to help, claiming they don’t even work with this agency. I was denied lunch during an excursion (despite having full board) and was also charged for items I had already paid for.

I have never had such a disorganized, misleading, and frustrating experience with a travel agency.

I do not recommend this company. Avoid it if you can.

Pre holiday review!!

Pre holiday review!!! 1st time ever I have felt the need to do this.

1st of all they forgot to add my luggage to the flight. I had to purchase and await a refund for this.

The customer area of the Website has been down for weeks. So I am unable to view my booking.

When calling to pay my balance (because they don't have a online facility for this) I was told they would email me confirmation but nothing. Soon as I paid the website went down and still it down

I have spent the last week chasing some form of confirmation that shows the full balance has been paid . But now they want me to email a photo of my passport to send a receipt?

I am not prepared to do this as I don't see why or trust they will keep info safe.

Has anyone else had to send their passport to simply get a receipt.

I dred to think what issues are ahead of me

Disappointing Experience with Logitravel

We booked a trip with Logitravel, and our experience was very disappointing due to poor management and a lack of control over the accommodations and services included. From day one, we encountered issues: the car rental company did not pick us up at the designated location, and it took a long time to resolve due to Logitravel’s mismanagement.

The hotels booked through the agency were a disaster: incorrect addresses, missing contact information, accommodations that were closed without prior notice and with no response from the staff, unacceptable hygiene conditions, and serious issues with water and bathroom facilities. In one case, we even had to pay for a new hotel ourselves because the reserved accommodation did not meet the minimum habitability conditions. However, Logitravel claimed that our request for a change was voluntary and unnecessary, forcing us to cover the additional cost.

Logitravel took hours to respond to our complaints, and in some cases, they didn’t resolve the issues at all. Furthermore, we discovered that several of the hotels had poor reviews on Google, something a travel agency should verify before offering them to customers.

We are requesting a refund for the additional expenses and compensation for all the inconveniences we experienced. We do not recommend booking with Logitravel if you are looking for a well-organized trip without unexpected problems.

I booked a vacation package through…

I booked a vacation package through MeliaEscapes operated by Logitravel, and it was a complete disaster. The package quote I received clearly included carry-on bags with the flight but when I did the check in I found out they had actually booked the lowest-tier airfare, which only included a personal item. I had to pay for a separate carry on. I contacted their customer service multiple times providing the email with the quote as evidence. However, they refused to take responsibility, claiming they had no way of knowing which of their employees provided the quote. They offered no help or compensation, and I was forced to pay an additional fee for my carry on bag. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. If you choose to book with them, make sure to document and save every single interaction because they do not own up to their mistakes. Save yourself the trouble and avoid MeliaEscapes/Logitravel entirely.

Bad customer service on field and even worst hotel selection

We booked a trip to Alblania in April through Logitravel. The trip was supposed to be from the 3rd to the 10th of September.
The first night we were supposed to stay in Tirana, in the hotel VH EUROSTAR TIRANA HOTEL CONGRESS & SPA.
We arrived in the reception at 9 p.m. since the flight arrived late and lady in the reception told has that due to an issue with their system our room was not available and that we would have to go to another hotel Hotel Broadway (30 mins away by walk)
We informed the agency of this issue that we were having and they got back to us the day after by saying that the hotel informed them that was not true that we had to move to another hotel and that they gave us a room VH EUROSTAR TIRANA HOTEL CONGRESS & SPA.
After confirming to the agency through email that was not true what the hotel said and even sent a picture of the Hotel Broadway where we actually spent the night.
Additionally we had another night booked in the same hotel in Tirana from the 7th to the 8th, after this horrible experience we asked to change the hotel. We never received an answer from them that we ended up paying an hotel in another city just to avoid to go back to this horrible hotel with really poor service.

To add one last comment, most of the hotels that Logitravel has chosen for this trip where really horrible, we checked the reviews and they had 2 stars from the poor service…

Honestly we won't book any trip with Logitravel anymore after this experience!!!!

I recommend this travela agency 100%

I recommend this travela agency 100%, I did a trips with them 3 or 4 times and evertyhing worked perfectly, sometimes I got a cancelled flight or so and they take charge. They send you new flights to choose with several options. That's great, In addition the circuits and cobinated big trips are amazing, always there are someone that speaks your languaje and treat you perfectly in the visited contry.

I believe that they can improve a bit the communication 24h to be more clear just that.

No vacation

Regarding 945153788
I booked a trip to Mexico from Madrid on May 20th and the room I booked could not be provide so Logitravel gave me an option for an other room, that I declined. (Logitravel confirmed a room they did not have)
Now I have to pay 20% (459 euro) in cancelation fee and you still have the remaining 2260 euro on Logitravel account. I wrote back we want to change to an other hotel or move our holiday to 21st. if the booked room is avalible there.
Have not heard anything, down with 2700 euro and no holiday for us due to Logitravel.
Poor customer"service" and I hope they will contact me tomorrow ? We will see.
