Last year we booked a holiday to Norway with this company. Ther were a lot of troubles with a delayed flight and in the end we nearly found our carrental closed. We also missed a whole afternoon and evening in Oslo. Logitravel helped us in every moment to make the rest of our holiday a success. After coming back they helped us to get a financial compensation from the flightcompany.

Después de la espera y varios mensajes, correos, etc. finalmente he recibido el reembolso de mi billete del viaje programado el 6 de julio. Quiero agradecer por haber escuchado y resuelto de manera favorable. Entiendo que los casos son muchos y que toma tiempo resolverlos todos, pero para los usuarios también es complicado vivir con incertidumbre. GRACIAS!!! y espero que podáis salir en positivo de toda esta situación!!!

After waiting and various messages, emails, etc. I have finally received a refund for my ticket for the scheduled trip on July 6. I want to thank for having listened and resolved favorably. I understand that there are many cases and that it takes time to solve them all, but for users it is also difficult to live with uncertainty. THANK YOU!!! and I hope you can positively come out of this situation !!!

I have been trying to get a voucher for flights that were canceled.
They have switched off their phonelines, and demand to write to them. I have written 6 times in the last 6 weeks, and have not gotten a single reply, or even a confirmation of receipt.
Utterly unprofessional! I am starting to suspect they are claiming back from the airlines, but are not issuing vouchers. Stealing from their customers...
I hope it is not true. I am this >< close to making a police report out of it.
UPDATE: I checked on 24/05/2020 with KLM and they have no action registered from Logitravel since I made my claim.

I booked an accommodation in January for 8 nights to celebrate my 14th anniversary in Miami and I supposed to travel starting of May but because of the virus situation obviously the flight was cancelled and this is what I was expecting from Logitravel to do as well which they haven't done NOTHING, no email or at least a text message, not answering to the phone calls regarding the cancellation and this is why in the beginning of April I ask the lovely company PayPal to help me out to have a refund.
I do not recommend it ! VERY DISAPPOINTED of the service.
Logitravel are not answering any emails and their telephone number say´s we are not working. I have business class flights booked through them the Airline has a refund policy but as booked through their website cannot now get through to them. I find them to be totally unprofessional and will in all possibility go down with this pandemic. The amounts I am talking about is in the thousands so to hold onto people’s money and not answer calls or emails id unacceptable. Also their contact form on the .IE website to which I booked does not work not is there any mention of any action due to Corvid 19. Don´t trust this company with your money NOT at all
Booked a cruise to Amazonas by the CMV through Logitravel. Got a personal assistent, who answered my questions every time within three hours.

I recently book a hotel via Roomdi (subsidiary company of LOGITRAVEL) money gone to logitravel.
I cannot get hold of anyone for days now, to discuss my complaint I have raised with them. nobody is answering the phone or returning emails.
Please be very careful to book any thig with these two companies.
