For more than a week i experience…
For more than a week i experience dramatically bad/intermitting connection in the Provence. Come on, it is 2024! Very much fluctuations, between no receipt at all and slow/medium speed.
Vodaphone is roaming via Orange, but the other providers perform no better. I guess France is missing the clue here.
I’m giving the service 2 stars as when…
I’m giving the service 2 stars as when it is working the service isn’t bad we have fibre. We signed up with orange as they had the English line. When we purchased the internet and two sim only mobile phones the price they quoted at the time was less than what they are charging us. Also they never told us that we had to pay over 200€ for the equipment. We returned the TV box still haven’t received our 40€ back for that. The after sales is poor. Our internet has been down for 5 weeks as the line has come down. They provided a box to assist with the internet but it’s not fit for purpose. After ringing them again today the girl states that where the line is down it belongs to another company and they can’t fix it until at least the end of the month. So 9 weeks without internet.
Obviously Orange really don’t care about what their customers think as majority of reviews on here are either 1 or 2 stars.
Positives when we have rung up the phones are answered very quickly and the customer service team do try and assist. We will be looking at other internet options.
Basically a scam at this point
Utter waste of time and money. Wanted a simple phone contract for a winter season in France. System is ridiculously complicated and requires things like a french phone number for activation - ironic because if I had one of these then I wouldn't need a new Orange sim - and further complications around addresses as well as a 16EUR joining fee. I had my sim for 4 weeks before I managed to get it active via Orange's pathetic support department. I then had it for 2 weeks before it was 'blocked due to fraudulent activity'. I messaged to unblock it, but they couldn't do this for some unknown reason - they either wouldn't or couldn't - and they also wouldn't tell me what the fraudulent activity was... so I asked them to just close the account. They closed the account, immediately cutting me off from all the account info including invoices, usage history, and support. They also refund the month's payment as agreed. I then get invoice notices up to June where they demand 70EUR for unpaid fees.. remember I can't access any invoices, even these. Support are useless.
So a simple 10EUR a month sim is actually costing me over 100EUR for two weeks' usage and a whole lot of stress.
Thanks for nothing Orange.fr
Cartel Corruption
Four years I have had the worst experience of any company in my life. Due to cartel corruption in France, landowners get to choose our fibreoptic providers - not customers. This is contrary to E.U. legislation, but will the French state do anything? Never: these gangsters are the state. My contract is with Orange, but my provider is Free and I have had Medre (they will not allow the correct word to be used) connection for four years. This is Orange's responsibility but despite taking 50€ of my money each month - just for landline and internet (no mobile) - they will do nothing to press Free to provide the service I pay for.
Free's cunning in providing a Medre (they will not allow the correct word to be used) connection goes as far as detecting when my voicemail is engaged - deducing that I am not at home (regardless of whether I am or not) and simply disconnecting my landline to make space for more digital traffic. This has happened constantly for four years as well as my regularly having 0.00007 Mbit. connectivity - of which I have proof.
These are gangsters: mafia, no different to Myer Lansky but what can you do, except leave France, because they took the country over in the 1789 coup d'etat!
Total scammers…Boycott Orange!
I regret ever signing up with Orange Mobile – they are by far the worst mobile operator I've ever encountered. All the negative reviews are absolutely true! This company is notorious for its deceptive practices and horrendous customer service.
In just a few months, they will slyly increase your plan to the maximum without any warning. If you then decide to cancel your contract, be prepared to pay for an extra month plus an outrageous 20 euros just to cancel. This kind of extortion is unacceptable and shows just how shady their business practices are.
Orange Mobile is a total scam, and it's baffling how they are allowed to operate. Companies like this should be held accountable and face legal consequences for their actions. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss – boycott Orange Mobile and look for a more reputable operator. Don't make the same mistake we did!
The worst online and telephone customer…
The worst online and telephone customer service I've ever experienced from any company. I don't usually write reviews but this is beyond a joke. Classic.
Never had troubles
As far as customer service goes in France, at least they pick up the phone. We also are very grateful they provide the option to come in person to the Orange shop down the street when we have problems to avoid customer service calls. We've only ever had very rare internet outages. Overall, a useable service that we've never had issues with.
Purchased the 30GB Orange Holiday…
Purchased the 30GB Orange Holiday package, which is good for 30days. After 16 days, I had used 3.28GB of mobile data and the system cut me off with no warning or SMS "80%" message as they state they will. Service chat is only option to get in touch with them and they ended the chat the first time after asking why I was out of data, then later told me "tech support" will have to contact me via email, which doesn't do me any good if I don't have service!!! Scam service you should avoid at all cost.
Be Careful of Orange Money Wallet
On the 9th May 2024 I transferred some funds - as I have done several times since December 2023 - to Orange Money Wallet Jordan.
I received a message from Remitly stating that the funds would reach my Orange Money Wallet within 5 hours.
I have sent several messages to Remitly and Orange Customer Care, trying to get clarity as to what is the cause of the delay and when I can expect the funds in my account.
Remitly then apologized on the 10th May and asked me to give it a further 24 hours. Still nothing
I then contact Orange Wallet Customer Service Bot (WhatsApp) and proceed to start a chat with it.
Very quickly it hands me off to a real person, but that is where the 'real person's experience ended.
All I could muster from him or her was that "it takes time.".
I asked what are the service standard levels for transferred funds - for which I have proof from Remitly that the funds. left my UK bank on the 9th May - and up until the moment I am writing this review (16th May), no answer and no funds and no explanation as to why my funds have not been released.
Meanwhile, I get a text message from another Orange subsidiary - Orange Mobile - that my two mobile phones are due for their top-up on the 15th May.
I pay the phone from the residual funds remaining on my Orange Wallet - as the Wallet App conveniently allows me to top-up my phone - but there is no way for me to pay the other phone since the funds are sitting (I presume) in Orange Money's Suspense Account most likely earning interest for them!
This morning I get a text message from Orange Mobile saying that if I don't top up my phone they will charge me 2JDs a minute for calls.
So, I think Orange Money has done more than enough to earn this abysmal review. If I could give a lower review than 1 star I would.
From now on, when Orange asks for a review, I shall refuse to give a positive or tell my friends to join them until they compensate for the inconvenience and cost and embarrassment their shoddy treatment toward me is compensated.
was promised fast internet on my home…
was promised fast internet on my home box, no the worst. changed my mobile and can't accept esim on my 15 pro max. using it on my old phone and my 15 pro max is now an expensive paper weight.
spent my last 10 days every day at their store in Cannes, they gave up. now i'm trying to discontinue the services and they are making it impossible. my next step is to get a lawyer to sue them for lack of services.
Very bad service
Very bad service, its been twice that my internet package ends and it starts using my sim balance for internet without notifying.. and when i go to their shop they said that there is some change, using credit for internet without giving notification… and told me to have a check myself for it
I am never gonna recharge my orange sim
Orange France is the worst company I…
Orange France is the worst company I have ever dealth with. Regarding our internet in Granville - there just does not seem to be anything that Orange do professionally. The product is terrible, the price is high but trying to get out is made almost impossible by a long list of "This is not possible" from customer service. Very stubborn and truly shocking customer service.
Avoid Poitiers Orange store
Avoid Poitiers Orange store. Messed up my broadband order from the start and failed to resolve it. I have wasted 4 x round trips of over an hour plus the time of 1+ hour in store each time, two lots of postage to send letters trying to sort out their mess, one from the UK that cost £9.85. Still not sorted and been ongoing since December. They keep taking double payments from my account and threatening to charge me £'s for equipment I returned months ago and have provided receipts for to prove their return.
useless company and customer service
useless company and customer service

Not very hands onn
After storm ciaran orange fibre line has broken. Lady at help desk not very friendly, two times visit of two friendly mecaniciens, but they where for the interior problems not for the principal network... How should I know?
Orange.fr
Would give less than one star if possible. The Internet has been down for more than 5 months. They have made no attempt to repair. Tried to cancel and get my money back and they have refused and then cut me off after being on hold 40 minutes. Switched to starling. Still poor customer service but at least the product works. Avoid orange at all costs and save yourself time and money. I will be taking them to court to get my money back!
