Oakcha to me is the best perfume company, they truly care about their customers and I love their perfumes!!

Love the perfumes! They smell delicious. They come packaged securely, so no travel problems. I did have one incorrect order, but customer service was wonderful and rectified the issue immediately.

I recently reached out to this company’s customer support email and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service I received.The team was friendly, patient and helpful.I definitely recommend oakcha!

I can say that dealing with the customer service has been fine. They fixed an error with an order. Thank you for that. I would order again from this company. You really can't beat the price and quality of their products. I have some originals and can compare them to what they have. I haven't been disappointed yet.

I have ordered from Oakcha three times to this point and shipping and handling has exceeded my expectations each time. I have only had to deal with customer service one, but it was excellent. I ordered a fragrance that just wasn’t doing it for me. I contacted the team and received an email response within the day (it had actually been within a few hours). The issue was resolved and the representative was professional and helpful! Highly recommend Oakcha if you’re looking for a signature scent for an excellent price.

I made a mistake only shipping address and my perfume got sent to the wrong place. The customer service was amazing at helping me get my perfume resent to the correct address ! They were also very fast ! Thank you guys

Quick shipping, great prices and customer service. I had a slight misunderstanding with their promo of buy 7 get 2 free gifts not realizing it meant add 2 more items to get free I assumed it meant they'd send random free samplers or something. When I received my order and didn't have anything I sent and email and had a response within a few hours even though it was after 10pm my time and they did explain what happened but offered me a gift card to help make up for it. Everything smelled great but one just isn't my style so I will probably regift it.

I have to say I am not a fan of dupes because it is hard to find one that smells just like the original HOWEVER Oakcha does an amazing job at creating the perfect scents whether it's a dupe or their originals. I am so extremely satisfied with this brand that I have purchased several! You will not be disappointed. I have written the company and asked them to dupe my all time favorite scent and I will be waiting patiently praying they do. Try this company! You will be pleasantly surprised and will NOT be disappointed!

Incredible customer service!!!! There was a mix up with my order, so I reached out via email. Brian P from customer service reached out within minutes and resolved the issue. The correct order was resent with the credited amount at that time. So, so impressed! Thank you so much!!!!!!

First time buying this line of fragrance. Love, the bottles and packaging. Upon smelling each one I am very pleased. Taking time and suggestions of spraying clothes for longer wear I am even more impressed! My only issue is there are so many and I want them all. lol. Great Fragrances for a Great Price and Great Customer Service. Craig S. Gave me his undevided attention and expert assistance to get my issue resolved quickly . He helped me so well, and gave me options along with clear and concise instructions on what I needed to do on my end. I also got some help from Brian P., when Craig wasn’t available. It was my first time having to contact Customer Service, but either way great work.
The fragrances are made so wonderful. The packaging and bottles are absolutely beautiful, the mister sprays out so lovely and very smooth (wont mess up your clothes). The smell lingers really well (I can still smell it on my clothes until I do laundry). I just wasn’t feeling the smell of one of them. I got 4 of them this time around (it’s my third time ordering), but I definitely had to exchange one for a different fragrance which was much better . I am absolutely obsessed with 2 of them. I will be back to order more, in due time. I have my eyes pinned and some faves saved for future purchases. I see why Oakcha got people in a chokehold.

Its my first time ordering from Oakcha. Had issues with delivery originally but the customer service was impeccable and very accommodating they redelivered my package free of charge. I just received my colognes and safe to say i love them and will absolutely be a returning customer for a long time.

Best customer service you could ever ask for! They are so quick to reply, so quick to help out and so quick to make sure you are happy! Their fragrances are spot on and long lasting, and I have loved everything I’ve got from them! Definitely a company you should always support because I know I sure will!!
