All fine. It will be nice if the LED inside were on the same adaptor, not with batteries.

first of all, the quality is not good, the screws are of very poor quality and there is no assembly plan in the box

I was lured into thinking that as Boligcenter has a Danish name that the products were in Denmark. This is not the case. The product (a glass shower door) arrived after around 2 weeks, smashed to pieces. I sent photographic evidence, but they still wanted me to package it up and return it (it looks like there is a warehouse in Netherlands). They arranged the pick up with Postnord, which was a whole other issue, because it showed as collected by them but it hadn't been. I started to worry I had been scammed. Finally on the second attempt, postnord picked it up. A week later I received a refund. All in all it took about a month. So from this I have learned to just pay the extra and order something that comes from a Danish warehouse!

I order top bunk bed for kids with slider. Came on time. But is so sad that they cant provide service to pay for assemble the bed or even to provide some videos how to do it. I hope that bed will be good and strong after i assemble the bed.

Had a good purchase experience with Boligcenter and had a good deal on an entry way furniture which I hope will meet my expectations when I get around to installing it. The delivery was very fast and I received information from Postnord the courier about delivery time frame. They showed up within the given time frame and delivered the item.
I also received ongoing information from the seller regarding my order.
Happy customer here and will definitely come back if I need something they sell. Highly recommend this website.

Scam Scam Scam.
Just scammed me for more than 1000kr for broken product and they refused to return it, this webshop is basically works with very bad cheap products and make it for consumers to be attractive to buy it and then after you buy, no guarantee for return. It is a scam and they are manipulating the eu and danish trade law.
Be advised, keep away from them.
Most of the reviews are fake and bought, Trustpilot has no verification as google or TripAdvisor do.
I have order number and a case with the support but they are helpless and rightaway they sent email to me what is the law saying as if it was prepared in automatic email response, means they are used for the same complains from customers, and they are a lot. think about it.
I am hoping someone has a good mind and good faith to refund my money.

I ordered a bed but it was never delivered.

No problem with the product that i bought everything was what i exptected

They don't even process orders on time. I took them a week to even touch my order for a halloween costume which became useless. I honestly don't know of a worse webshop in Denmark. The other times I've ordered, the "furniture" was probably only usable as a prop on a movie set. I think if you sat in it, it would fall apart. A good metaphor for this company overall - like so many reviewers write here - it's almost a complete scam.
