The product arrived with the wrong spare parts, which means it cannot be assembled completely. Boligcenter.dk is unable or unwilling to send the correct spare parts and instead offers 100 kr. to forget about it.
My advice, don't buy from this company.
Good quality products and fast delivery
I ordered 4 sofas for my cats, although they are supposed to be for dogs. The sofas are very comfortable and the quality is better than what I hopped for. My cats are very happy with their new sofas (beds)

It was the biggest mistake I ever did . I just misleaded by the price but when I got the sofa from them it was not Worthy even the 10% of the total cost . It was so poor quality I was repenting at the my wastage of money . I tried contact with them but their customer service is terrible no phone number just an email where they roll you out all the time . I wanted to return the product but when I read the views about the customer service I gave up . It was about a toy sofa which I got from them , I recommend people always read people views before you order anything from anywhere. I will give them 0 grade. It's a scam they showed something else and delivered something else .

As customer, your time is worth nothing
Bought a bike online. I knew I had to assemble the bike myself, which is not a big deal. After I've managed to assemble the bike, I tried to pump air into the wheels. But it's only the back wheel, that is fine. There was most probably a hole in the inner tube of the front wheel, why it stayed flat no matter my efforts. Thus the product is 'Not ready to use right after assembly' as promised.
I contacted customer support about my problem. I asked if I could either send them back just the inner tube of front wheel (probaly cost 50DKK), or maybe I let someone else fix the tube for me - the price will be reduced accordingly.
Customer Support asked me to video tape the problem, which I did, showing how the bike still looks brand-new, it's still stuck in my living room. I never got to test drive it even once. Back wheel was full of air, while the front stayed flat.
Then customer support came up with this "genius" solution:
1. I needed to split my bike apart again.
2. Pack it nicely together like how I received it.
3. Wait many more days for them to inspect the returned product.
4. Then maybe they will send me another whole new bike.
5. I'll get the "pleasure" to assemble it all over again.
What a level of customer service! I rather pay up to fix their mistake myself, than to allow their "help" make my life harder.
I'll never buy anything from them again. And I'll make sure to let other people, I know, know about this!

I paid for delivery of an item over 20kgs. They unsuccessfully tried to deliver on a work day, because I was at work, saying they dropped it at a Postnord depot because of the weight. This was not informed at the time of order. The depot is on a security closed industrial estate 10km from my house.
Poor quality
I received a bed really quickly after buying it online. And the bed was cheaper than others on the market. But it is also really bad quality (very thin wood etc) and it took 5 hours to set it up. The package included nothing less than 210 screws 😳

I recently purchased a tv bord from boligcenter.dk and while the price was appealing, I'm unfortunately disappointed with the quality.
Upon arrival, the furniture was clearly not in perfect condition. Several marks as scratches and dents were present, which is unacceptable for a brand new piece. While I understand that furniture at this price point might not be the highest quality, I expected it to be free of such obvious flaws.
Adding to my frustration, some of the pieces simply did not connect properly due to a design flaw [holes not aligning]. This made assembling the furniture a frustrating experience, requiring significant modifications and improvisation.
Although the price was attractive, the quality simply does not match. The marks and design flaw make it feel like a cheap and poorly constructed piece, rather than a functional and aesthetically pleasing addition to my home.
Ikea komode is better
It is quiet cheap quality. Also putting it together, lots of screwing instead of smart system like Ikea does. The drawers have no sliding system, it is wood agaisnt wood which isn't smooth.

I ordered i legehus sandkasse just recently. I'am appalled when i saw the product didn't reach my kind of expectation. I was very very disappointed of the quality that grant tree u describe is like a paper weight, very thin and light weight. U have sent me a scrap product that i dont think it will last that sand kasse for 6 months.
When my husband try to screw them and attached them together. The plank crack so he needs to use a nails instead of screw.
