Don’t buy anything from this site . It’s a scam
I ordered a dress online and it came out so disappointingly big for me although it was size S . I tried everything to get it send back on the same hour it arrived. They started asking me to take measurements of the dress and send them Photos as if am a Tailor. Aren’t they supposed to know their own measurements sizes . It’s really ridiculous. DONT GO FOR IT !. Bad service. You can’t get refund.

Not a homgeek chopper
I bought a homgeek chopper and received a completely different brand. It clearly shows it’s from china but you should not promote a brand on your website when you actually sell your own brands! I bought this product just because I have used homgeek before and I wanted to replace my broken one. I wouldn’t have bought a no brand chopper.

I purchased 2 armani watches and ups delivered only 1 ,my invoice states 2 piece's and the tracking number but the label on the box is 1 piece with the same tracking number and I've messaged joom and getting nothing back

Not delivered. The company has not delivered to date even though delivery was scheduled for 22-26August days ago. I cannot log in to the app and have no way of tracking. I do notbeven know how to start getting a refund and will probably have to go through credit card provider...

I have bought a head massager from this website. After receiving it, I am not entirely satisfied and returned the product to the address provided by the customer service. They have asked for several photos to see the items are inside the package and etc. However after the item was delivered back to them, they keep finding new excuses asking for additional photos showing the product is in the package and the shipping address is indicated as in the return label.
I have already shipped the item back, how do I get all these information now???
They kept using such requests to refuse return. It has been 3 months already since I shipped the item back. I am very frustrated with their services and my experience shopping with them. I hope no body else ever experience the same problem as me and no one shops ever on this website again!!!
Thanks for replying. But no, that is not acceptable! As the shipping tracking number has been provided to you and it clearly shows the item was delivered to the shipping address as you indicated. Plus, I have already sent to you the photos you required before requesting for the return. I don't understand what is the issue here. The item was in its original condition and returned to the address as you instructed, what other proof you still need?????

Im absolutely done!!! they keep ignoring my request of return and keep asking me to go to support chat which doesn't even reply!!! like I want my money back and i want to return the clothes because it didn't meet my expectation it was suppose to be someone's gift but now im getting ignored because i want my money and im getting no help!!!. My order was confirmed on 08-01-2025…
My order was confirmed on 08-01-2025 and the order had to be delivered on August 19, but the order has been in place for almost 15 days. According to the website, delivery to Canada only takes 9 or 8 days and even then the order has not moved. This is the first time that an order takes so long to arrive.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are fake, any positive reviews are most likely from them too, as they are fraudulent, and should be investigated immediately. I recently purchased a product for £40.00. I waited 3 weeks for delivery, unfortunately I received notification that it was delivered, but it had not been. Every time I contacted customer support they just keep fobbing me off by asking me to look around and check with neighbours!!! Absolute joke! The only way to contact them is virtually through their app. I’m still waiting for a response about a refund! Luckily I paid via Klarna, so my payments are on hold. I will not be giving them anymore of my money, this should not be allowed!! Please be careful.

No communication regarding a refund. Instructions to email bounces email back as unmanned. Return Instructions for both app and online does not work. No returns address anywhere.

Do not order from this site ever !!!!!! If you come to the decision that you have to return the product, then you are not sending it to the company JOOM but to a private person and to China!!!! One more thing, if you orderer for excemle 5 products and you want to return them all, you must return them individually!!!!!! You return each product to a private person in China!!!!!! which costs several times more than the product itself!!!!! Temu is excellent, better quality goods and free return of goods without any problems.

Joom charged me but claimed the purchase did not go through ie no order exists. They refer complaints to the chat on their app. Useless, keep referring me to my order( that does not exist). The given email support xxx has an autogenerated reply referring to said chat. So basically ZERO support if things go wronG. What company takes your money and quickly says the order could not be placed?

Worst service
Last time I order from them. It is almost 2 months I placed my order and it is nowhere to be seen. And now there is a banner saying I should wait until 30/09 one month more. I wanted the specific item for a concert and now I won't be able to have it and this is just a waste of money. Customer service is terrible.
