Probably bought too much from them
I’ve bought soooo much stuff from Notino over many years so I guess I might as well give some input. Easily the place I go to when I need (I mean, perhaps “need” is too strong of a word here) perfumes, the occasional toiletry item that’s difficult to find where I’m at, and especially gift items for family. Never had an issue, always reliable and authentic items, and can always score a deal if you wait long enough. Always my go-to store.

The truth about Notino’s Black Friday prices
Two weeks ago, on October 10th, I bought a 100ml Jimmy Choo perfume for £25. Today, I wanted to purchase another product as part of Notino's big Black Friday promotions. Out of curiosity, I checked the same perfume I previously bought and unexpectedly during Black Friday the same perfume now costs £44.10 after discount. Similar to other products I’ve checked in the past and now...
I’ve never had issues with products purchased from Notino before but I absolutely hate it when companies treat people like idiots...

I had a bad customer support experience. The personel sent me the wrong product, and then tired to convice me that that is the same. They did not acknowledge their mistake and said there is nothing they can do for me.

Port Nord does not claim the damage and it points me towards the seller, Notion.dk.
