I couldn't onto one click websites yet one click got onto my emails to ask me for next money, I had to ask my bank to send any money to one click, it's a total sham

Absolutely inept they will renew policy without consent yet once you try to cancel ( 3 days before renewal) the customer portsl fails emails bounce back ... never ever use this company im still battling on as I'm refusing to be robbed .... Always use a company with a dedicated phone number . I've spent weeks battling with one click its time consuming frustrating and tbh daylight robbery.

Not good for older people
I made a mistake when insuring my car. My fault, verey costly. Thare was nothing on the sight to cover what my problem was. No phone number to talk to any one. Thare text chat kept timing out very annoying and not helpful. I got much cheper quotes elsewhere but had to stay with them as thare was no one to talk to. Will not renew my car insurance with them next year.
Poor Level of Service and Coverage
Was advised the underwriter went into administration on 21/10/25 but my policy until renewal would be honoured. I renewed with another company but the very next day One Click advised I would not be covered after 01/12/25 leaving a 12 gap in cover on my policy. This was all done via e-mail. For someone who is not computer literate and does not ready e-mails regularly could have lead to a situation where they drove uninsured. I am now stuck with additional costs and administration due to One Click handling of my situation.

I tried to cancel autorenew on my house insurance policy. Impenetrable website, I couldn't find the number of an agent, which apparently is the only way to cancel. Messages about charging seem threatening rather than helpful. Am going to report to the FSA. Dreadful experience. Don't go near them.

Had to spend 30 minutes online to correct a mistake One Click had made about NCD when I took out policy. Online assistant EM2 was very efficient and resolved issue for me. Score does not reflect her performance but rather the company for not getting it right and stating they were charging me for something they should have got right in the first place. Not a good first impression of a company I have never dealt with before

On this occaision it was easy to cancel my autorenewal. Pagie PS1 sorted it out easily and professionally. I was given a 3rd renewal quote, at least £60 lower than originally quoted. If I had been quoted that price at renewal or on my first attempt to cancel, I would have stayed for a third year.

Found it very difficult to contact one click due to their ultra modern contact system, if only they had supplied an email address to send documents. Other than that I eventually made contact with them through a forwarded email address
