Order a stand (NEXT LEVEL RACING) for a TV and for a HOTAS setup. Paid in 28th Nov about 900 euros. They promise the delivery in 3/4 days.
9th December they send by a business partner (CTT EXPRESS). CTT EXPRESS mail me informing that will delivery on 10th December. So far so good, I thought.
On the 10th, they didn’t show and the next day I received an email from CTT Express informing that my delivery was held without any more information.
I contacted PCcomponentes and they said they were waiting for a reply from their business partner (CTT Express).
In the next days, after many phone calls with CTT Express (their business partner), I was inform that one of the packages weighs 43 kgs and that is above the limit they would deliver (I think their limit is 30 kgs).
In concern with PCComponents, zero information from them despite my daily mails to them asking for information and updates.
In the 16th of Dec, I send an email to PCcomponentes informing due professional responsibilities I was able to receive the order until 20th of Dec maximum.
In the 18th of Dec, CTT Express split the 2 volumes and delivered one of them.
Since the 10th of Dec, the remaining package of my order is in a warehouse near my home, waiting from a decision from PCcomponentes to contract other delivery company to make the delivery. And with that (a simple decision) It passed 9 days already with no evolution.
I already offer to pay the extra to make the delivery or go anywhere to pick the remaining part of my order. They don’t replied to my offer/request.
In the 19th of Dec, I send an email to the manufacturer of the rig (Next Level Racing) informing them of this situation and received a reply from them. Unfortunately they can’t help with this situation.
Nevertheless, I will send other email reporting all this situation to them.
Today, 20th of Dec, after I send a new email to PCComponentes asking an update, they replied saying that the remaining part of my order will be delivered today. I hope so but I don’t have any positive expectation about that.
If they fail delivery today, I won’t be available next days to receive the product.
Unfortunately my low expectations about the delivery was correct. They didn’t deliver the remaining package.
Unfortunately PCcomponentes don’t comply with the costumer expectations and worse of that, if the delivery encounters any problem they postpone the decisions and don’t care about the costumer’s availability to receive the goods.
In my opinion, you should search better when choosing where you spend your money. Spend with a company which care about the costumers expectations and with a company which provides a serious and professional service to the costumers.
If you order something with them, be prepared to be available at least 15 days to receive the product because they take a long time to take simple decisions.
I will keep this review updated.

Probably it is always a good idea to check with your business partners if they have a weight/dimension limit before you send by them large or heavy volumes.
But mistakes happen for sure and my disappointment is not because of this. My disappointment is due PCcomponentes took 6 business days!! (from 11th to 20th) to find a solution despite my several warnings informing that I will only be available until 20th of December to receive the goods.
What PCcomponentes did? Only made the decision and found other company to deliver the product in the very last day of my time limit.
And in top of that, fail again because no one show to deliver my order.
I checked the track id and notice that somebody picked up my order from CTT Express in the 20th of December and me, the client, don’t know nothing about it.
Probably the costumer is your last care or concern.
This kind of service is very poor and shows very little respect with the clients whom support your organization.
You, in the end of the day, only are providing a bad service to the company which you represent.
Your costumers will ever find another place to make their orders.

Sorry guys but the wait was unnacceptable . I was shocked to be honest at how slow the service was and the lack of staff to help !. I eventually gave up and walked out after 45 mins !!!.

Awful service. First it took 2 weeks to build a computer, and that's kind of ok, but then they said it would be deliver between the 4th or 5th of december and only on the 5th updated the status of the purchase. After this the carrier they chose to work with (CttExpress, AWFUL) said they would deliver on the 6th and they didn't, the status on their page did not update and I'm worries because probably I won't even see my product whatsoever. Don't trust these people, waiting 2 weeks to be scammed is not great and now the weekend comes and I will only have an answer on monday? And that's if they even answer... Shameful service

I paid for a laptop that was "IN STOCK".
10 days there was no progress on shipping.
12 days later support answered me - the laptop was out of stock. WHAT?!?!? Next day they said they found one. Ok - again, I waited another +10 days for delivery and story is the same.
Result:
- 20 days of waiting and nerves.
- the laptop was not sent to me.
- 7 days of waiting for a refund.

before the the purchase ive tryed to get in touch with somebodyto help me with my choise, nothing,nobody, no contact number, no assistance, ive made the procedure to return the item and the shop dedicated to collect was in holiday for a month and i cant change it, after many try to get in contact with them i gave up and decide to sel the wrong item by my self......

UPDATE: after publishing this review I got a helpful reply within a day, after months of being ignored, and now have my money back. My review remains the same - terrible customer service. Only public shaming seems to get their attention.

PcComponentes is a platform or marketplace and as such this is a positive review. As it happened Xiaomi Netherlands sent me a broken telephone but communicating with them via the platform was easy, there was always the option to escalate my "incidence" to PC Componentes (not required) and my refund was issued correctly.
I cannot vouch for whichever seller is providing the product but the platform is well conceived and good to use.

2 iPhones ordered but only 1 received. On the pc componentes website it showed the marketplace company as npie sarl. reclamation opened and after many messages they said they cannot send any phones out at the moment, which I find strange as they are still for sale. Still waiting for either the second phone or a refund.

I received an enterprise high capacity hard disk poorly packaged (but the package was intact). When I took it out, I saw 3 dents on 3 sides. In my 25 years of buying PC components and many, many hard disks, I have never seen one with dents in it.
I lost half of my day preparing my computer case (swapped HDDs, removed one, swapped and reconnected some SATA cables), only to take out the new hard disk and put it back in the package to return it.
Waste of time and money and I don't understand how can this happen in the first place, it is inexcusable to receive such a poorly packaged and damaged product, especially one which is specifically fragile by its nature.
EDIT: I changed the rating from 1 star to 4 stars due to their fast response for replacement and also considering purchases I made in the past that had no issues.
Regarding the hard disks, they need much better packaging and a verification before they leave their warehouses.
