We met 2 members of the select team, John and Kiran.
John was very friendly and helpful with regards to the purchase of a new iPhone 17. My wife was thinking she should stay with her old phone and really uncertain about changing to a new phone. John explained the logic towards my wife's initial scepticism and her concerns and generally settled her down to go through all the details. John showed expertise in setting up the new phone, looking away when passwords needed entering, and transferred all data and set up Face ID. Overall, John gave us both confidence on making our purchase.
Kiran - this young lady gave guidance to my wife on the choices of the phone and the cases that could be used. Kiran put all the details on the computer to create the invoice and showed care on informing us on of all the costs when reaching the total of the invoice.
Kiran was very friendly and very helpful.
Overall, both John and Kiran were cheerful, helpful and made the experience of purchasing the new iPhone 17 very pleasurable.
We would definitely recommend this store and John and Kiran to any future customers.

I bought an iPhone at the York store. The phone arrived more quickly than expected The staff were very helpful and customer service was excellent. I would normally dread anything technical but the staff made the whole experience stress free. They even arranged a follow up appointment a week after purchase to answer any further queries that I might have Overall exemplary
My first and last online order. It’s more than a week and still waiting for airports 3 to be shipped.

Bought an IPhone online and it says it will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. I only got this information (super delayed delivery) after 2 days, by email, after having already paid for the phone. I think they could be more clear and give this kinda info before you buy anything.
I placed the order online and got confirmation. However there is no communication as to when I can expect the product to arrive. I had to email support just to get an update and found out that there is no stock for the items I purchased. They just told me the order will arrive in 2-3 weeks which they should have mentioned earlier as I need the item for a job. Now there is no update whatsoever as to where my order is or what is the current status.

Zero satisfaction. I ordered based on the delivery date listed on the website. Then I got an email saying the delivery date had been adjusted. On the website they say 3-5 days, by email 5-10 days. Completely misleading information on the website. Payment issues are common. plus there is always a problem with your company's delivery and long waiting times.

The only reason this is ⭐️⭐️ and not ⭐️ is because the refund was done quickly.
