I recently bought a new phone, and I am extremely disappointed with the overall service. The staff members were very rude and unhelpful throughout the process. The delivery was also very late, and customer service did not respond to any of my calls or provide any proper answers.
On top of that, I did not receive proper packaging for the Apple phone box, and I was not given my payment receipt, which is very unprofessional.
This has been a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and ensure that I receive my proper packaging and payment receipt as soon as possible.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I placed an order for an iPhone worth €1,200 and didn’t receive any confirmation email, update, or basic communication. I had to chase the support team multiple times just to find out what was happening with my own order. For a purchase of this cost, the lack of clarity and slow responses made the whole process stressful and frustrating. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
