Helpful buy!

My 4 year old daughter who has autism really loves her vest. When she is upset or frustrated, she will actually ask for it. It helps her calm down so easily. Mornings used to be crazy! Now, they are calm!

Good buy!

He used to throw tantrum most of the time and that impacted his learning and regular activities. After using the calming vest, we started seeing great change in his behaviour in just few days of using . He seems more calm now. Thanks Sereni for the great product and also the tips that Maeve sent!

this site is nothing but a scam site…

this site is nothing but a scam site taking advantage of family's with ADHD AND ASD children HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH IT taking money and not sending the item and no refund WHY ? i advise anyone thinking of buying from serenri parenting DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL GET NOTHING -----LOOK AT THE FEED BACK THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT LIEING ITS A SCAM SITE ----- LOOK AT THE FEED BACK

vest arrived OT thoughts so far

Ordered vest , arrived quickly. Need to look at weight for size of child.
As an SI OT im recommending start 15 mins at breakfast and 15 mins doing homework or before bed.
If not tolerated well then start at 5 and build. An adverse responses will stop immediately.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! Ordered a calming vest for €80 and had no confirmation about my order. Had to email them and they said found my order and would send the vest. This was over 5 weeks ago and they have stopped responding to my emails.

Asked for a refund, but nothing! My bank is also having problems getting a response. Do not order anything from them unless you want to lose your money.

Bad experience

I ordered a vest.I was waiting for it to be delivered to me, but no information. I started looking, it turns out the vest had arrived, but it had been sent back. I contacted the sereni parenting support group. They confirmed that they had received the vest back. It had been a long time. I said that I didn't need the vest anymore, that I had bought another one. Everything was fine, they would deduct my money back. I waited and again silence. I wrote again, again some reservations and promises. And so on for several months. In the end, they blocked my email. I wrote from another email. They replied that the courier had destroyed the package and that they would not refund the money. They said that they usually don't do that, but in my case it would be an exception and send me a new vest. In the end, I agreed, because €75 is a lot of money for me. And again silence for several weeks. The whole epic has been dragging on since November.
