They sent the incorrect item

They sent the incorrect item, I read after that the item I ordered has been discontinued for some time so they should not be advertising it! They also said I needed to show the box to return it, which I already threw out. No mention of needing to keep the box or the slip anywhere on the slip or box when I threw it out. The returns message on the website states "If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging" how can you when the box is completely sealed with no visibility of the product, I could not have known it was the incorrect item until I opened it. Scam.

Bait and switch on price currency

Was an overall terrible experience with this company. First, they wouldn't recognize my credit card. Wanting me to get some authorization code from my bank which my bank thought was shady. Called them back and literally had to give them a screenshot of my address from my credit card app. Then when I check that credit card, I see that my card is charged incorrectly. Higher than it should be. So I check back on the side and I check my invoice receipt. It shows one that is $30 less than what they've charged me. Plus there are three separate charges for $1.38 and $1.37 repeating on my card from perfume.com. I told them to cancel the order. It seemed all too shady especially after the credit card incident. I actually got a email back informing me that the cost I saw in my invoice was in US dollars. Yet when I was picking perfumes for my cart, everything was showing in Canadian dollars. So why the change over to US currency at checkout? That in itself is shady. I'm glad I canceled the order. Because I really was put off and skeptical at that point. If you're showing the currency on your store for the country that the customer is in, in no way should you be reverting back to American dollars at checkout time. That is disgusting behavior. And in Canada we call that bait and switch and it's illegal. I learned my lesson. Never buying from USA again.
