45 days auto-renewal scams for domains
So instead of the common 30 days renewal deadline for domainname-registrations; the auto-renew is now 45 days upfront without any mail warning upfront and/or without any possibility of cancelling the renewal if you miss the 45 day deadline; whilst there is clearly zero technical reason for this; it's just a sneaky way to scam people into a 'forced renewal' they don't want 14 days before one would expect to HAVE a choice in this matter (i.e. 30 days upfront instead of 45 days).
Never seen any other ISP using that kind of scammy behaviour and I've been around since the 90s.
Also: I've had both FTP and mail-delivery issues the last year with this ISP, both issues were solved within a few days, but did result in some downtime/missed mails and without a proper explanation of the root-cause. My previous ISP didn't have any outage at all the whole 10 years I used them...

Customer for a few years, unable to canccel contract 3 weeks before renewing the product
customer of vimexx for a few years. wanted to cancel my domains and such 3 weeks before they were scheduled to extend the contract. couldnt do this due to the fact they sent out a bill 45 days before the extension which they refuse to withdraw.
They also mention autorenew being selected for the products whilst i never selected this option during setup.
Customer service is absolutely horrible.

Great customer service
This company has the best customer service! I knew nothing about websites before I started so I have used their chat a lot in the beginning and I always got really helpful advice from them, also in English. Everything has always worked well in terms of hosting and technicalities, but the customer service is what sets this site apart.
Verry bad customer service
Vimexx used to have superb customer service. Now customer service is close to not existing. I have a reseller hosting "maximaal" which guarantees that a ticket will be answered within 4 hours. Even after two days, you receive NO reaction at all. If they answer via Chat, the answer you get is of no help at all. The only thing they do is open a new ticket, which gets no response at all. With Vimexx, you have to sort everything out yourself.
Very poor Customer support
Very poor Customer support. I ask them few questions over online chat, when I didn't hear from then in last 3 days, then they just endup the chat. Support person was Stefan. I don't understand their rude behavior.
I am using their services since 2016 and it was very good before. but now they are just full of M***ns there and they never read full message and reply properly.

I have a premium package, have an issue wit a domain and the best they can do after 2 days waiting is "we'll give your ticket a bump" No phone No chat no nothing.

Vimexx gives bad support
Vimexx gives bad support. After a lot of mail konversations they at last give my domain back. And my mail for 1 month back! Never use Vimexx again,.
Ordered a domain
Ordered a domain. Got a confirmation mail. They claim the token for moving the domain was invalid, but I never got an email about it (double-checked). Result: current domain registrar renewed and I'm paying for that. Vimexx ALSO had the audacity to bill me even though I don't have a domain name with them. Currently waiting for chat support. They said I'm the next in line when I posted my question. Have been waiting for 20 minutes or so now. Have one other domain with them and leaving ASAP, worst service ever.
[Update] Although the chat support was horrible (friendly, but they couldn't do much and I had to wait for ages) the ticket was resolved promptly. So they get to keep their 2 stars.

It's great to know that the client service is available at this time of the day (it's 19:34 now), it's quick and reliable. One of the customer service reps just made my day. I'm very happy about choosing Vimexx.
A breath of fresh air
I have moved my 10 domains and websites to Vimexx. Have chosen their package Wordpress hosting Maximum. They helped with the moving service, and also indicated very well which steps I still had to take to complete the process. I had everything up and running again within a day. They even fixed a pre-existing error in an htaccess file for me.
Customer service was very friendly, communicative and helpful.
Performance of my sites is now nice and fast. And I think email has also become faster.
A huge improvement over my previous provider. While the price is also slightly lower.
All in all, highly recommended.
I'm disappointed in the disinterest of my problem
Three weeks ago, I've had a problem with my 2FA login and I tried to fix it via mail support.
After two weeks I got an answer, what they need and how we can fix this. I answered at the same day.
Since there I've never heard of them.
I'm now close to four weeks since I can't manage my servers and my ranking drops because of that, also my rising business get destroyed by this behavior...
I also wrote the complaint mail in this comments but nothing happend. Nobody really cares.
I'm so frustrated and dissapointed about this disinterest in my problem, which normally should fixed fast.
Before this experience I've gave maybe 4 stars, because of the price and other solved problems. But this right now is outstanding...

Do not count on finding any phone support, online only BUT If you can not log in , you cannot make a ticket haha what a great way not to have to deal with problems. Every time a different person to which EVERY time you have to explain the whole story again, indeed you have to go to great lenght to make things so complicated...that seems to be the only thing they are good at. Not being clear. Endless reminders to pay EVERY single day like for 6 weeks in advance

They didn't fix my issue at all, the domain "armyhost.nl" is put in quarantine even though it was payed on time! And after this problem happened they are not cooperating to either resolve this issue or compensate use for all the problems this is bringing
Most horrible support I know
Every time I contact the service it is with an annoying feeling. They only read the first 2 lines of your message, and think they have understood what it is about. Usually at least a 2nd message is needed to reiterate that their assumptions are wrong. Then they don't bother to read the first message anymore. I already have 2 tickets running with them, which are already more than 10 messages long, simply because they don't take the effort or time to answer correctly. However, they are not difficult problems.
They often count on you having to do things yourself, which should actually be done by them. If you want PHP logging, you apparently have to write a logging framework yourself. This instead of just correctly supporting error_log as it used to work when the website was still running at 1eurohosting.nl. It has all gone downhill for us since 1eurohosting.nl was taken over by Vimexx. Very dissatisfied with their way of working and their products.
They charging fee for credit card hosting renewal
They have started to charge fee for online credit card hosting renewal!
I have send them an email. They just answered that there are other ways to renew my hosting! So rude.
Besides that, they show prices without VAT. When you try to pay, then you see actual amount. It's classical deceiving of the customers by advertising prices lower than they actually are!
vimexx has bad customer support
vimexx has bad customer support, sometimes they take 8 days replying to a ticket. They also have hidden addinational costs they charge. They claim moving from a hsoting provider cost a certain amount, but when they you actually begin the moving, they charge 5x times more. Vimexx is very untrust worthy

Cheap But Best
I have hosted several small web sites on Vimexx. Although their servers are top notch, the dashboard is difficult for a novice to use. But a good service for a low price.
Poor support
Poor support, barely any options. Payment is the only thing thats unlimited on Vimexx
DDos is my own problem
Someone thought it was fun to DDos my website. I asked the support for assistance as my website went down for nearly 24 hours. Instead of being helpful, they blamed ME that MY WEBSITE caused issues for their server, and when I told them I did everything in my power to avoid it, by using Cloudflare, they simply told me my website will never be online on their servers ever again.
This company is a joke, and nothing remotely professional should ever be hosted here.
Hosting renewed without consent
Had a reseller hosting on a yearly plan. Last year when it got renewed I put renew automatically off. Well.. This year it got renewed again! To prevent this I turned automatic billing off. Opened a ticket and got a credit BUT said it was my fault for not turning automatic renewal off... Guess it is to hard to know the difference between AUTOMATIC RENEWAL and AUTOMATIC BILLING...
BUT thankfully the domain hosting prices are low :)
