Wonderful service, fabulous value.

I am generally a tough reviewer. 5 star reviews should mean something and if we give too many, we can't recognize the truly outstanding ones -- like ICDSOFT!

I've used them for year. Their support is great and fast. They charge less than competitors but I've never felt I am giving up anything to use the. I once tried one of their competitors who was offering a special deal (and where I knew someone). I quickly reversed course and went back to ICDSOFT.

I want to say that ICD support stands out as one of the best--freindly, fast, knowledgeable, helpful. Your service is one of the reasons I like ICD services. You have a big team, I imagine, but the service level is consistant for as long as we have been using ICD, which is more than 10 years.
