Simply the best hosting company on the planet. There are few comparisons. I have been using ICDSoft for many years and continue to be impressed by the quality of their service.

I have been using ICDSOFT since at least 2010 maybe further back. I have never waited more than 30 minutes for answer and they are always successful in helping me. Outstanding, one of the major reasons I stay with ICDSOFT.

I have been using ICDSoft for over 15 years, and I cannot say enough about how great the experience has been. They are by far the most reliable service I have ever used when it comes to support responsiveness. Hosting can get very technical, and when things get too deep, I always know I can count on them. On top of that, prices and performance are great value for money. I'll be with these guys for as long as I have websites!

The support is incredible! Through the years, I have had to submit support tickets. EVERY time they are answered in less than two minutes, and EVERY time their guidance solves my issue.

Yet again, I barely have time to walk away from the computer to get a drink and there's an answer to my question. SureSupport from ICDSoft is the best customer service I have encountered in 65 years on this planet. That includes being online since 1986 and their hosting my website since the early 00s.

Every few years I think I might save $20 a year by switching to another host service. Then I ask a help question, get my problem solved in minutes, and realize switching would be entirely foolish.

I have been with these guys for over 20 years using various services. I have never before experienced the UNMATCHED support ICDSoft provides. In this entire 20 years, I have always recieved nearly real time responses. When they say 24/7 Support, that's exactly what you will get.

Customeer support is one of the defining assets that any comany can truly "own". In this, ICDSoft excells. I've farely needed to wait ore than a few minutes before any support ticket is taken by someone, and generally before I can refresh my screen, there's likely to be an answer.
I moved away from them for a brief period to a "less expensive" hosting company several years ago. That experience had me rushing back as soon as I could.
Over the years, I've had several websites through them. This is just one of the many I currently have.
