Been using the product for about two months and I have several improvements in lift and smooth skin surface. Also have helped improve the scarring in my eyebrow from all in 2022! Very happy with this product.

The product works amazingly well and I was super satisfied with it.And I use products daily! I also bought a christmas gift for my mother and excited to give it to her at christmas time! I just received my product.

Ordered the eye glasses to help with under-eye bags. There was no difference after 5 weeks so contacted customer service. Was told results can take longer so to give it another 4 weeks. I did this and still no difference. Contacted them again and like many others (reviews I have seen on here after my purchase) I was asked to film myself using the glasses for 10 minutes for 30 consecutive days. After liaising with them and explaining my email will not allow that length of video to be shared they sent details of how I can download to google and share with them. The recorded the first one which took an hour to download and sent it to them. From viewing the video they told me my glasses were faulty and I could have a replacement pair or a full refund. I opted for a refund but they told me I had to pay for the return- I checked the sale of goods act which said I did not have to pay but the company would not budge on this so I have had to pay £12.00 to return the goods to America. I sent them proof that the parcel had been returned and they issued my refund immediately.
This has been a very stressful couple of weeks obtaining some of my money back but the positive is the company has been great at communicating and eventually issuing the refund. Negatives being the goods didnt work for me, I am out of pocket with the postage paid to obtain the glasses and that to return them. Lesson learned - do not think a money back guarantee protects all of your purchase. It will still cost you to return.
Anyone that feels like giving up at the thought of recording a video please do one as your glasses might be faulty like mine were.

The product took more than a month to come, but it finally came. I wish the directions said how often to do this and for how long in each session to keep it on. The current was awkward and it’s best to just keep your eyes closed while the current is on. I am still hopeful to see true results.

Definitely noticed that dark under eye circles have faded and crows feet aren’t as deep as they were prior to using Botanique Paris RevitalEyes. Love RevitalEyes and looking forward to trying the Botanique Paris Niacinamide Serum.

I've only had my glasses for a few days now, so I'm just trying then out a few times so far. It feels a little tickly and that's about it. I have it on the highest level. I love that it shuts off automatically, that's a great effect. I am praying that they actually work and gets rid of these bags under my eyes. They have just appeared over the last year, so I'm hoping within a month I'll notice a difference! Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞

I liked the red light therapy but not the electrode part. I tried it for a weekbut ended up taking it off within the first 10 minutes or earlier because it was stinging my skin and it was very uncomfortable. I was really thinking this product a wonderful idea but it was too painful which it shouldn't be. 🙁

So far so good. Feels great!

At the moment I am waiting to hear from the customer service, as my device stopped working after 7 days. I left the device recharge, using the cable provided and all, and it doesn't work since. I have been religiously following the instructions so I want to warn other potential buyers that the product is of poor construction. It did work lovely when I used it though, I could feel the electric current and, I guess, if it was working for longer, I could even see the results!
