Jet Parks3 Manchester airport
Have used jet parks 3 for years, reasonably priced, transport to and from terminal within minutes, drivers helpful and engaging, I am able to amend my booking when I need to. There is also a generous grace period if return flight is delayed. It is what it is, car parking at an airport, will use again and have recommended to friends who needed parking.

Great service
Booked car parking at Newcastle Airport via the app. Changes to the booking is managed in the app. I always pay the extra £1 to cover against delayed flights. The car park is huge so don't forget to remember which section you parked in and the number of the nearest bus stop. The courtesy bus runs every few minutes.

Good communication, drivers on both journeys very pleasant and no issues either way with pick up , on time . Would definitely use again and would recommend

Return pick up stressful
Great service on the way out but not as good on return. One staff member on the desk, very big queue, quite chaotic. Car left on the second floor. Assistant not very forthcoming with guidance. To be fair she was very busy. Despite being a blue badge holder and assurances previously we would be parked in a disabled space, we weren’t. Could not get my son into the car as space too tight. Had to move the car, block traffic and get him into the car. Then fold his wheelchair up and put in the boot. All the time cars trying to exit were trying to manoeuvre round us. Very stressful and dangerous. Certainly not what you want when you’ve been on a long flight.

Money grabbers
I have never had an issue with HE having used them multiple times in the past. I have always found them useful and effortless.
However, I accidentally booked the wrong weekend with one of my bookings and immediately told them about it, with my booking supposed to be a weekend prior. The person who answered my chat me wasn't helpful and would not move my booking, or provide a credit for it, despite me telling them within 5 minutes. An absolute money grab from Holiday Extras who took no pity. It was clear that I just wanted to move the booking and was willing to pay the difference.
I have lost a lot of respect for Holiday Extras after this. Not even airline companies are that tight!!
