I was advised as per website that delivery would be 5 to 10 days. On placing my order I received an email to state that I should receive same within 3 to 4 weeks but that this was even a definite timeline. They should not be taken orders on this basis and providing misleading information.

I wanted to get an IPhone 17 in black…

I wanted to get an IPhone 17 in black colour but it was not in stock, I needed to get it asap so I ordered IPhone 17 white instead because it showed “ in stock, ready to ship” expecting it to be delivered by the end of the week. In the morning I got an email saying that my order will be dispatched in 2-3 weeks, the explanation was that the phone was not in stock. I just don’t get it :(
I have no choice but to wait now, though I could have gotten the phone by now already in any other store or even a physical Select store. I really needed it as a gift for celebration, but it is all ruined now as I have to wait for it to arrive and it’ll be too late

What started off as an unpleasant situation with my 9 week old iPhone 16pro deciding to suddenly die on me, but ended up as a reassuring experience thanks to Louise who was extremely helpful and got the repair processed and sorted asap. The repair itself took longer than I expected (10 days) but all in all I would recommend this store. Staff are great and helpful.
