I have not had the opportunity to test your hosing because your AI based creation tool did not work for me and now I am stuck and I do not want to pay additional fees to you for additional tools. Too good to be true, I guess shame on me for falling for it. Looking for someone in my community who knows Word Press.

I have maintained a blog for years on another site. The host site notified me in September that it would be closing down at the end of that month. I searched for another site where I could migrate and continue my blog. Based on recommendations I looked into Bluehost. In a chat I was assured that, for $150 the Bluehost tech team would migrate my old blog there. I bought a name and paid the cost of migration. I received a form to complete to give the tech team access to my existing blog. I submitted that. The tech team immediately informed me that they could not migrate my blog because its content was proprietary. The tech team refunded my $150, which cut off all further communications with the team. I contacted my existing site team, and they assured me that (1) there was nothing proprietary about my blog or its content and (2) others had migrated their blogs to Bluehost without a problem. I again paid Bluehost the $150 and again I received the form to give them access to the existing blog. This time I placed in the comment section of the form the information I had received from the old blog's tech team--nothing proprietary, and others had successfully migrated to Bluehost. The Bluehost tech team again responded that they could not migrate my blog because its content was proprietary. Obviously they did not read or care about the comments I submitted. Again they promptly refunded the $150. Once the fee is refunded, there is no way to communicate with the Bluehost tech team.

Loved my experience, I had an issue pointing my domain to the website I had created with a temporary domain and Preksha was able to fix it no problem in a matter of minutes.
Super grateful! This is not the first time I had have issues, where Bluehost's customer service saves the day. Fantastic support, couldn't be happier.

Bluehost hosts my emails.. 2nd time this year that all of a sudden my business emails are not getting forwarded to my designated email address. Customer service is the worst.. they do not problem solve and pass you from person to person and blame the last person and/or my webhosting company. Still waiting for an actual call to fix the problem.. that has been going on for over 2 weeks now...

They charged my account twice and still haven’t returned the money, even after promising to do so. Their support keeps making excuses and claims they can’t contact me by phone, while every other company can. Absolutely terrible service — they take your money and don’t care. Stay away from this company.
