I am trying to find a new hosting service. The information provided was sufficient, right on the target and the rep was not pushing the sale. So far, I have no actual experience with the service but I will add my comments once I have.

Excelente Support ! I have used Bluhost for quite a while now and I don't have many issues. However There was a maintenance scheduled and after that my site didn't work any more. Luckily Ashlesh from the support team has solved the issue in a very effective manner. The support was very fast, and efficient. Ashlesh, was very professional and friendly and help me during the whole process until get my site back. Fantastic service ! Thank you very much !

A pretty bad web server and email server provider. I have been with them for almost 18 years, and each year the service falls and costs go up. Have already started migrating my usages elsewhere , in parts.

The free website guys was an awesome team to work with. I was the one that was lost in this process but yet they stayed with me until I understood what they were doing. Without them I would still be lost. They stayed in touch with me often. Anyone needing a website there guys are the absolute best. If rating was a 5 I would give then a 10. If it was not so I would not have said it. Give these guys a try you won’t be disappointed.

I'm trying to navigate the domain I purchased less than a year a go. The system is stating that my SSL certificate is expired and when I called to understand - I was gaslighted in being told I'm not cooperating when your representative AL told me he doesn't see the expiration label? He refused to ask for advance help, and said supervisors are not available? If supervisors aren't available fine, but why are you all not providing leads or tools for the people on the front end like AL help so he or THEY can help us???!!! Please pull the call because I spent 19 minutes on the phone to not have my questions answered. This call could have gone on longer had I entertained the foolery I was experiencing. I need to have a clear understanding of where I am at with Bluehost and a website domain I purchased. I'm SICK of you tech companies fooling customers - SICK!

Your service has never been down as far as I know. Problem is that when I first started working with Bluehost I was able to go onto my HTML pages and make minor revisions. Now, you took away the HTML editor so now I need to work in code. Your proposed solution to this situation is to push a Word Press revamp of my web site at my expense. Not very happy about that.
