High quality programming / curriculum, targeted workouts to address individual issues, personalized and responsive coaching for additional accountability and support.
I just started my journey and it has been great from the start. First, I had an informative call with Javier to discuss my goals and just provide the information I need to get started and have a positive experience. Next, support helped me get access to the actual program. For whatever reason my program invite to the app was being blocked by my email. Support was patient and friendly while we figured it. I have completed my first lesson and I am ready for more. J. Lacy
My experience interacting and communicating with “Movesmethod” has been phenomenal! They have been very helpful and attentive to all of my concerns. I highly recommend their service!
Great response time after you submit a question! Thanks!
It really is a very basic mobility drill covered in a multi layer marketing system. Selling add-ons on add-ons... it does not include everything displayed, lengh is different (20m / 15m), and its covered in a subscription alltho its advertised as a 1 time payment. They do try to get you an a call, add an evaluation, tons of upselling but its really just, very basic stuff that everybody who's ever been in a functional fitness gym has seen, except if you buy a lot of additional modules. Just another nonsense course seller
The fact that there is chats and seems like a lot of help. When you need it and feel like you're a form is feeling is pretty stinking cool. I'm super new to it and just got started. But I've been able to do the exercises even as a beginner, the videos are pretty straightforward. Sometimes I do wish they would show the moves in slow motion.
Hey, I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review for the moves method program. First thing I can say is you are likely not to outgrow it anytime soon and it’ll keep challenging you daily. Honestly, I had to stop and start over and reassess back to the beginning. Now that I understand a little bit more about the process and my own body I feel I can restart.
The other amazing thing about this program is the personal calls. They will schedule with you as well as the community. The community interaction is the most supportive and off the charts I have ever encountered! Not to mention the maker of the program constantly checks in with community and is always adding new fresh content. Do yourself a favor if you’ve tried all the yoga and stretching, you can stand and still have an achy body, try this out. I’m not saying it’s easy. I’m just saying it’ll be worth it!
Great program. The exercises are well explained and they are helping a lot. You will get more flexible in your joints. You need to put in the work, like 15-20 minutes a day, but when you do it consistently, you will benefiet from it, for sure. You can adapt the program to what you are capable of. It is designed with that in mind. Everybody should be able to do it. I’m in almost two weeks now and I already can feel the difference!
It has been my experience that the folks over at Movesmethod genuinely want to help people move better and live better lives. They truly care about each individual experience and your success with the program. I had a mobility call not long after purchasing the program. No pressure, no fluff. We covered a lot of ground. The coach I chatted with was considerate and thoughtful with his responses. He gave me a lot to think about as I move forward through the program and consider my short and long term goals. His guidance helped me to ask better questions which in turn, gave me better answers. The kind of answers that result in clarity of why and how, which ultimately results in better outcomes...the kind of outcomes we all want to achieve and experience in terms of longevity, strength and mobility. We discussed different options moving forward, how to navigate through the programs and what I could expect from them. I really appreciated the time spent discussing goals and considering ways to achieve them.
Coach Natalie made my experience great, keeping me engaged, both physically and mentally. She listens and tailors my program accordingly. The exercises can be difficult sometimes but my body responded well and they make a huge difference in daily living, mobility and strength.
Movesmethod has been a game changer for me, especially in my knees. I am 54 years old and years of overtraining caught up with me. But, with the mobility toolkit, I am regaining mobility and strengthening my joints, especially my knees! Highly recommend this method of training. As a personal trainer, I am learning more about the importance of strong joints, not only strong muscles!
I’m 46 and train Karate and Judo several times a week, so mobility is becoming more important. I recently started the MovesMethod Mobility Toolkit and I’m really impressed so far. The routines are clear, challenging in a good way, and easy to fit into my morning schedule. Even after just a few days I’m noticing real improvements, especially in my resting squat and overall comfort in movement.
For now I’ve only purchased the Mobility Toolkit. I’ve tried other mobility programs in the past, but this one feels more aligned with what I need. I may explore the other products later, but at the moment this program together with daily resting squat practice is exactly what I was looking for.
The quality of the material and the community engagement have both been great. Looking forward to continuing and seeing how it carries over into my martial arts training.
When I saw this on Facebook, I thought yeh right! Very American. As a woman coming into her 50's, I decided I needed to ensure I didn't go down the same route as many where all of a sudden its hard to get up from the floor, or bend to put your socks on and with a 9yr old niece who wants me to go to her gymnastics classes, I new I had to embark on something. I took the plunge.
I was sceptical as to what could be achieved but Mark my dedicated coach took me under him wing, designing a program to me to challenge my needs and conditions. Each session with videos to show me how to do the exercises and videos I took of me doing the movements, feedback was giving to elevate my confidence in myself and the movements I was getting correct, with tweaks for the ones I had to perfect yet. Each move broken down into small bite size pieces. Slowly progression was shown to me and I could feel it myself too. I had a goal to be able to take part ( and not look like a stiff old lady) in my nieces classes. I have achieved this, can do a hand stand and hold it, get up and down from the floor no issues, squat down with my feet flat on the floor quite comfortably for a few minutes and get back up unaided, even do my splits that I was able to do when I was younger. With the program you are hand held all the way, never left feeling did I do that right? There is an interactive chat group to enter to help and my coach Mark was always at the end of the phone or messaging me for updated progress reports or catch ups on where I was at. This has changed my flexibility no end in a slow and steady way. I never felt pushed /rushed or that I couldn't do anything. All done in the comfort of my home, no shame, no onlookers with judgements. This will be part of my life moving forward as my movements, flexibility and self confidence has grown so much in the three months , I had embarked on.
The results are so worth it, moving more free and not second guessing my movements daily. I would highly recommend this to anyone who whats to maintain, improve or even get more and hold on to regular daily movements.
Moves Method helped me reverse shoulder stiffness and hip tightness that was causing me a lot of pain and mobility limitations. The program really made a difference on how my shoulder and hips felt at rest and during exercising. Coach John explained things well and adjusted the program to fit my life challenges. He truly cared about my success and progress. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was based on cost and the amountof time needed to setup to film sessions. It is a little pricey considering everything is online.
The mobility exercises are effective and easy to achieve whether you are at home, in the gym or even travelling. Very few additional pieces needed to do the daily workout. It’s improved my stability and flexibility. I’ve combined these days into my gym weightlifting. 2 weight exercises then 2 mobility exercises continuing for 1:15.
App is a little old school to reference in the gym is the only suggestion to improve to “awesome”.

Ok I have taken the time to read many reviews. It is easy to critisize, but I can honestly say that I have put this program Moves Method with my coach Tommy, into daily practice, and in 8 weeks, my mobility has increased so much. things I could do as a child have begun to come back to me. It definitely does work if you are prepared to put the effort in at least 6 days a week. I am into week 10 of yes, an expensive program which I also was skeptical of, but I have found this to be incredible. My coach Tommy has changed exercises that were too hard for me, has has modified and then increased as I have got better. It's about you putting in the work guys. Yes, it is definitely expensive, but if you try this, and commit, you WILL get the results you want. It's not easy, but it is giving me back mobility that I had lost for many many years. Oh and by the way I am a 60 yr old female.
Coach John Thompson was excellent. Not only did he provide encouragement but he also adapted the exercises to accommodate an injury I was dealing with. Outstanding program.
I like how organized this program is. I just joined but I’m excited it get started. A lot of valuable information. The community seems so supportive and the support team responded in a timely manner when I inquired about something.
