I’m just coming to the end of my Moves Method coaching programme and have been genuinely impressed with the structure, support, and results. I joined the programme with a chronic shoulder issue — a diagnosed rotator cuff tear. Although the acute injury itself wasn’t the main problem, the compensations and protective patterns my body had developed made everyday tasks extremely difficult. I couldn’t put on a coat without help, fasten my bra, or lift my arm behind my back or overhead without pain and restriction. I felt completely stuck.
Over the past 12 weeks, the progress I’ve made has been incredible. Through simple but well-structured mobility routines, completed 3–4 times a week, and with consistent virtual feedback from my coach, I’ve regained those basic daily functions that once felt unachievable. It has been a real eye-opener for me just how important daily, intentional movement is — and how much consistency and patience can truly pay off.
My coach, Mark, has been supportive from start to finish, offering clear guidance, constructive feedback, and constant encouragement. His approach has helped me build confidence, understand my body better, and achieve goals I’d lost hope of reaching.
Overall, I highly recommend the Moves Method to anyone looking for a supportive, structured, and genuinely transformative approach to improving their mobility and wellbeing.
Personally, what made this a really eye opening and interesting experience was that it reshaped my whole ideology of what exercise and movement are. I used to think that exercise had to be just these long and overly tiring sessions that you just had to get done for the sake of exercising. However, the “snacks” in this program really showed me that movement can be done in short timeframes throughout your day. Long and hard sessions have there uses, but it doesn’t have to make up a huge part of your routine, especially when you work a in an industry where you’re on your feet 24/7 constantly bending down and reaching up. I work as a line cook in a restaurant, but I’ve also done dishwashing and prep cooking. This program really relieved a lot of the tension in my body and allowed me to move more freely.
What I think the company is doing well with is their staffing. My coach, Manny, has really helped me to see the light during these past 6 months. He’s very positive, charming, and just overall knowledgeable in his craft. He really helped me to stand taller and stronger than I ever have been in my life. I’m not gonna lie, I’ve wanted to quit multiple times, but his encouragement really helped me make a breakthrough in my life that I wouldn’t trade for anything. And for that, thank you.
Started well, very excited, and enjoy, only I did have various things come up , like pelvic instability on one leg things, and hamstring spasms, an old ankle pain , when Doug the flows, so has been disappointing in that sense

Hallo,
After a few months of seeing Vanja sharing about Moves Method on YouTube and noticing how my muscles were feeling weaker after my 67th birthday, I took a chance and signed up. It’s a big investment financially for me on a fixed income.
The Moves Method computer part is hard at first to get used to and it’s the only way to participate. I’d say just do it! Fortunately my first coach Elizabeth was patient and able to get me through the initial steps of what to do.
What I discovered in filming myself for my coaches, is how my perception of my body versus reality of my alignment and mobility are different. Epiphanies!
My second and current coach Stefan Funk provides me great insights and guidance as he watches my progress. We’re a team working together on my goals. Filming is vital to my progress. His reviews on ‘Loom’ help me understand how to perform the exercises correctly. When I “get” what to do, or where “in” my muscles the exercise is targeting, I’m able to do them again, film and have him check my understanding. So there’s a time delay because we’re not in the same room, as would be if I were at a gym working out. I trust him as a coach to see where I need guidance and how to make changes. We also communicate in the “inbox” area of Everfit, and on zoom calls. These calls are super important to catch up on any thing else happening in my life and with new awarenesses I’m having as I progress, which helps Stefan adjust my workouts.
Within the first month I saw my body becoming stronger and more confident in my tasks of daily life as well as having more mobility. As I’m now in my fourth month, I’ve obtained a new appreciation for my ability to regain mobility and strength. Am I able to do everything perfectly… no … am I making progress…
Yes!
I find my body seeking movement beyond my workouts and now I have movement “snacks” I can do anytime of day.
So bottom line Moves Method works as long as I’m consistent and willing to work. I come back to my “whys” which were asked in my initial interview in the sign up process. One question I was asked is who are my heroes. Usain Bolt, the Olympic champion from Jamaica; I also have scoliosis from unequal leg lengths. Another “why” is my life alone as a woman and choosing to be capable into third half of my life. Staying out of western medicine “sick care” by being proactive in my “self care”. Because any fitness program is also a mind set, mental process; it’s very important to be aware of my “whys” when my workout is challenging or I feel my body is on a plateau. Stefan and I communicate to keep my program focused and challenging, so though it is difficult, I’m also having fun. I’m grateful for his encouragement and expertise as a trainer who also uses this program for his own fitness goals.
Vanja’s YouTube posts continue to inspire me. She’s doing brilliant work educating folks and I’m grateful for her.
My coach, Julia, is amazing! She gives me great feedback in the kindest and clearest way possible. She is such a cheerleader for me and encourages, supports, and makes me feel like I really am doing a good job and improving. (I know I am because I can feel the changes in my body).
Occasionally she compares my exercise videos to the original to show how something needs to change in the way I'm moving. Other times, she'll compare to my 1st attempt at an exercise to show growth and improvement.
She listens to my feedback on how my body is feeling and makes adjustments when needed.
My chiropractor has recently commented that the program is working for me because she is having to make less adjustments. Before this program I used to throw my back out 2-3 times/year, which is why I decided to start this program. I wanted to strengthen my lower back and core to be able to move through full range of motion and regular daily movements. I have been faithfully doing the program for 10 weeks working out 5 days/week.
When I ask my coach a question she answers in 24 hours or less.
Overall, I am thrilled with the Movesmethod program and am looking forward to the next 4 months to see even more improvements!

Great response to whatever question I had so far. There are real people answering and not only stupid computers.
The app is working fine and the Programm is good, as far as I can say it up to now.
Also the community in the app is super friendly and supportive.

First, my coach, AyJay was fantastic. I had some personal issues come up that set me back on many things. He was able to adjust and guide me and especially encourage me on my journey. The app was also great.

I've only.been a member 3 weeks and from what I've experienced, 1st.class customer service
The online zoom call to find out what exactly I wanted, was 2nd to none. The exercises are all manageable and it's easy to fit in the daily programme..approx 20 minutes. Although only 3 weeks, I think I have improved mobility already.... I definitely find its helping me more than 3 years of yoga have.

The staff is very attentive and supportive. The Mobility routine is working for me. You need to be consistent with it. The pain in my lower back and glutes from all the sitting I do at my job is now just minor stiffness after 1.5 weeks. Highly recommended!

I thought long and hard about whether to write this review, because I genuinely don’t enjoy leaving negative feedback. But I feel obligated to share the truth, especially for anyone dealing with pain who might be vulnerable to the same promises I fell for. I wish a review like this had existed before I invested in the MOVES Method program.
Vanja and the Movesmethod team present themselves as offering a holistic, sports-therapy–based solution for pain. In reality, the entire system is built to extract as much money as possible in the shortest amount of time — and they do this by selling people hope. What they deliver in return is shockingly basic.
I reached out to them because I was dealing with acute knee pain after an accident and genuinely hoped for a professional, therapeutic approach. During the sales call, I was assured — repeatedly — that the program would be tailored to my injury, my condition, and my medical background. As a trained physiotherapist myself, I know what proper, individualized training should look like. And what I received was the exact opposite.
Despite having very little money in my account, the salesman still managed to pressure me into paying 5,000 euros for their “premium coaching.” What I actually got was a library of basic, generic exercise videos — simple bodyweight movements, squats, hanging, and the kind of standard routines you can find all over YouTube for free. Nothing personalized. Nothing innovative. Nothing remotely justifying the price.
The “personal coaching” they promise? A single 20–30-minute weekly call, half of which was small talk. Every week the feedback was the same: “Keep going.” Meanwhile, my knee pain wasn’t improving at all — it was getting worse. And I was performing every exercise exactly as instructed.
After three months of no results, no progress, and no individualized support, my access to the app simply ended. I was kicked out immediately, despite having been promised extended access because of the large one-time payment. And only later did I learn that the exact same app content is available for about 50 euros a month — the same videos, the same exercises, the same structure. The only difference is a supposed “coach,” who in my experience offered nothing more than generic encouragement anyone could have copied and pasted.
I was even promised a student discount during the sales call, but once the money was collected, I was told I wouldn’t get it after all.
The truth is: the program is a one-size-fits-all system marketed as a highly specialized method. It is not personalized. It is not therapeutic. It is not worth the cost. And it did not help my pain — it worsened it.
MOVES Method relies heavily on polished marketing, emotional persuasion, and high-pressure sales conversations. But behind all of that, what you receive is a basic exercise app with recycled, generic advice and no lasting access once they’ve billed your account.
As someone in the medical field, I can confidently say that nothing about this program resembles proper sports therapy or individualized rehabilitation. I regret being swept up in the promises, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to stay far away.
Save your money, protect your health, and don’t fall for the marketing. I cannot recommend Movesmethod to anyone.
There is no way these other reviews are real.
This is a two bit, amateur program that literally provides a 2 minute video showing you the “moves” for the workout and then tells you to “go and do them for 30 mins”. It looks like it was filmed in one afternoon at a rented rooftop hotel gym and then their savvy teenager edited the videos to create the “program”. You don’t even get a dedicated app! It’s just some open access hosting app that’s really clunky to use, like blackboard was back in 2009.
The exercises are too difficult for a person who is not already fit & mobile.
If you are looking for a well researched program that is safe and effective, save your money.
High quality programming / curriculum, targeted workouts to address individual issues, personalized and responsive coaching for additional accountability and support.
I just started my journey and it has been great from the start. First, I had an informative call with Javier to discuss my goals and just provide the information I need to get started and have a positive experience. Next, support helped me get access to the actual program. For whatever reason my program invite to the app was being blocked by my email. Support was patient and friendly while we figured it. I have completed my first lesson and I am ready for more. J. Lacy

It really is a very basic mobility drill covered in a multi layer marketing system. Selling add-ons on add-ons... it does not include everything displayed, lengh is different (20m / 15m), and its covered in a subscription alltho its advertised as a 1 time payment. They do try to get you an a call, add an evaluation, tons of upselling but its really just, very basic stuff that everybody who's ever been in a functional fitness gym has seen, except if you buy a lot of additional modules. Just another nonsense course seller
The fact that there is chats and seems like a lot of help. When you need it and feel like you're a form is feeling is pretty stinking cool. I'm super new to it and just got started. But I've been able to do the exercises even as a beginner, the videos are pretty straightforward. Sometimes I do wish they would show the moves in slow motion.
Hey, I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review for the moves method program. First thing I can say is you are likely not to outgrow it anytime soon and it’ll keep challenging you daily. Honestly, I had to stop and start over and reassess back to the beginning. Now that I understand a little bit more about the process and my own body I feel I can restart.
The other amazing thing about this program is the personal calls. They will schedule with you as well as the community. The community interaction is the most supportive and off the charts I have ever encountered! Not to mention the maker of the program constantly checks in with community and is always adding new fresh content. Do yourself a favor if you’ve tried all the yoga and stretching, you can stand and still have an achy body, try this out. I’m not saying it’s easy. I’m just saying it’ll be worth it!

Great program. The exercises are well explained and they are helping a lot. You will get more flexible in your joints. You need to put in the work, like 15-20 minutes a day, but when you do it consistently, you will benefiet from it, for sure. You can adapt the program to what you are capable of. It is designed with that in mind. Everybody should be able to do it. I’m in almost two weeks now and I already can feel the difference!
